Punthill Manhattan - Melbourne

This place was in a perfect location for any foodies out there. Loads of top quality restaurants right on your doorstep. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the condition of our room was terrific

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apt on the 1st floor. Didn't notice too much traffic noise. Apartment was very modern and spacious. Room to sleep 6 with 1 double, and 2 single bed rooms. Great location - minutes to Fed Square and MCG.

The hotel was great, the room was funky and clean, would stay there again.

We had booked a one room apartment for one night but got a two room for the same price. The hotel are in the end of the city centre with just a short walk to shops and restaurants. There is some stairs up to the reception that can be hard if you have heavy bags, but then there is a elevator up to the rooms. The pool didn't work when we were there […] which was a pitty. Otherwise I really did like the hotel. Great apartments with a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. All thou the dryer didn't work so after we tryed it three times we still ended up with hanging our wet clothes all around in the apartment. The staff was great and helpfull and I hav no complaints about the beds or shower/bath. I would go here again Pročitajte više

This hotel was very nice - the room was clean and large (included a kitchen and living room). The bathroom also included a washer/dryer which definitely came in handy. The location was a bit far from some things (including the stop for the bus to the airport), although it was also close to some of the main tourist spots. Easy walk to Collins street, great bars and returants nearby, comfortable, good kitchen

Very good location and good installation as serviced apartment. But they need to renew the bathroom, shower is very old and lights are to burn your head. But considering the location, i am recommending as it is in the heart of the city, close to Collins Street. DOnt even need a car.

Great stay at the Punthill manhattan. Very roomy with all facilities we required. Very close to city centre, tourist tram and sporting arenas. City centre location but village green night time noise, Consequently superb sleep each night. Probably the best apartments we've ever booked into.

Graham and Eva were the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble, I have been doing this trip for six years and this accommodation is up with the best.

What a fabulous location if you are going to the Australian Open - a ten minute easy walk from your apartment and great restaurants next door.

Very comfortable apartment hotel. It was centrally located and in walking distance to most things. It was very clean. The hotel staff were very accommodating in terms of check in and out requests. We had a very lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

You couldn't find a better place to stay in Melbourne. We were very comfortable in our apartment and it was so conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Our stay for two nights at the Punthill Manhattan was exceptional. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and extremely quiet. The location of the complex is excellent with good cafes and a good range of restaurants both in price and menu options are close by. We found the staff extremely helpful and obliging. The location was central to everything and as a serviced apartment, it had everything we needed

The location is excellent with tons of nice bars and restaurants (cumulus inc, coda, etc) and shopping in the vicinity. The rooms are a great size and in great condition. Only down side to the room is there is no view (ours was of a carpark) but it did not bother us at all as we didn't have time to admire a view from the hotel window. Can't beat this location for Melb CBD at a reasonable price. Fittings in the room weren't the greatest, but were modern and tidy. Kitchen is a nice addition for longer stays, and laundry (in bathroom) will save you some cash. Room was well sized, big windows for natural light. It was a girls weekend away and as such, the location was perfect,...right in the middle of the CBD and close to the free tram 35. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Definitely stay there again. Planning my next trip with my family and hoping to stay there again

I found the Punthill very handy to the city but liked being far enough away to be quiet at night. The area it is located in is really nice and has lots of cafes, restaurants and bars near by. Great venue. 2 tram stops from Rod Laver Arena. Make sure you ask for a room that does not have a drainage pipe on the bedroom wall as it is very noisy late at night and early in the morning. Also make it clear to taxi/shuttle bus operator that you are at the Punthill Manhattan as there is another Punthill in the same street.

This hotel location suited our needs as we needed close access to Hisence Arena,,the walk into the main part of the city takes about 5mins, going straight there, but it is fun as you can explore other streets, lanes and shops on the way. The apartments are well kept, and are as described, so if you like something a bit different then you get that at […] Manhattan, my only dislike was that with the concrete walls it felt a little dark, but the ceilings are high and lots of nice art work adorn the walls, which helps overcome that feeling. I liked that the serviced apartment was close to some lovely restaurants and very close to Fitzroy Gardens. Stayed for 3 nights for work so away all day. First impression was of positive comments from another guest who rode up in the lift with me. Clean spacious room, high ceilings and large windows gave a light & airy experience. Hoorah! -windows that open. Furnishings functional. Altogether a convenient & comfortable place.

멜전에서 씨티써클 트램 타기도 가깝고 데이투어 장소 도보로 가능하고, 다른 트램과 연결도 편하다. 방, 욕실 주방 모두 깨끗하고 만족스럽다.

Närhet till de flesta sevärdheter i Melbourne. Gott mottagande av receptionspersonal. Receptionen var något enkel, men vi fick god service. Rummen stora och mer som en mindre lägenhet med köksdel. Hela resan upplevdes positiv och till stor del var det hotellets läge och utrustning som bidrog till detta. Nära till gratis turistbuss och "tram".
