Professionally run hotel - Special thanks to Patrick on the reception and to Concierge helping with where to go. 'Masculine' rooms - large, good quality fittings, clean and comfortable. Restaurant Vox a little expensive but what a treat! Breakfast to get out of bed for! Great location - Wonderful stay will definitely go back .

I have stayed in numerous Hyatt hotels and this one exceeds my expectations. The location was within walking distance of all the trendy shops and all the museums. I want to add the staff at this hotel exceeds top notch service. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in Berlin.

We chose the Grand Hyatt Berlin due to the fact it was awarded traveller's choice 2011 best hotel in Germany. What can I say, this hotel is amazing, very centrally located for both sightseeing and business. Spacious designer rooms with all mod coms and top of the range appliances (even got television in the bathroom which has bath and wet room). Staff […] are very attentive and will accommodate your every wish. Fantastic pool and spa on the 8th floor overlooking Tiergarten. Hotel staff were extremely professional, they really focused on our experience of getting the best quality service. The hotel was a very nice experience, fresh and newish, very friendly staff. We had a club foor room with access to the club lunge and brekfast there, very good.
