Love the place. Had free snacks at night and a good breakfast in the morning. The hotel rooms and lobby were nice too.

It was some of the best and friendliest service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Every employee whether they were behind the desk, serving food, or cleaning always had a smile on their face. Nice that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good, and the nightly snacks and drinks are a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff were very courteous! Room was clean, and LOVED the free hot breakfast, and free food in the evening ( hot dogs, salad,etc). Kids loved the indoor /outdoor pool, and free popcorn and soda in the afternoons! Plus, our family dog could stay, too! Will definitely revisit next time we go for a shopping weekend at Concord Mills.

We stayed here two nights for a convention in downtown Charlotte. It is a short & easy 10-15 minute drive back & forth from the hotel to the city. Both the room & bathroom were very clean. We stopped for one night, enroute to our home after a driving vacation to Florida. The hotel room was very comfortable. We had no issues with the hotel accomodations or staff. Manager took the time to enquire about how our stay at his hotel was going. Breakfast buffet and evening hot appetizers were very good.

First impression was terrible. Room smelled musty ac didn't work next morn asked for another room they set me up in an occupied room i walked in on a poor women sleeping. This was surprising to me every other drury i have stayed at was top notch first class but not this one avoid at all costs.

This hotel was situated in the exact area I needed to be, everything is minutes away. The breakfast buffet to the evening reception makes this hotel a must for any traveler.

Rooms were clean, indoor pool and hot tub were refreshing after a long day. the 5:30 food and drinks was nice- not having to go out of hotel for food was so convenient after being on the road all day. Would stay there again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool area was large, fun, and clean. The breakfast and the attendant were excellent. And they accept pets! I would definitely stay here again if in Charlotte!

The Hotel Lobby, work out room, and pool are all very current. However, the rooms are very dated looking. The breakfast and evening meal did not seem organized at all. I have stayed in other Drury Inns across the US and been impressed. This hotel would be better suited for family vacations and is not good for business trips.

The Drury Inn was a one-night stopover on a multi-day road trip, but I would have been happy to stay several days here. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, handicap-accessible as requested, and pets allowed. The location felt secure, it was conveniently located near some restaurants and checking in and out was smooth and easy.

I thought it was very nice the staff was helpful, friendly. the breakfast was good, and the free cocktail and munchies was a nice perk! The hotel was in a good area, close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again. the rooms were clean and updated. good value

We stayed in this hotel when visiting family in Charlotte. It is easy to get to and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is extensive, hot and yummy. THe hotel was above average from the standpoint of the lobby and other common areas such as the pool and exercise room. The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to sit down and eat. We did not get to attend, however had heard that the happy hour from 5:30 to 7pm was very nice. The room was a bit stuffy and […] dusty. Desk clerk could have told us that we could get a 10% discount at the nearby TGI Friday Restaurant. I overheard her telling someone else at the desk AFTER we had dinner there and could have used the discount. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is the best hotel that I have seen in a very long time. The setup of aminaties to customer is the best around, and because of that in all my future travels I will look to stay at a Drury Inn first. PLEASE keep up the great work... GO DRURY!!!

Hotel was comfortable. Highlights include the 3 free drinks at happy hour each night, free popcorn and sodas for a movie night in, and walking distance to area restaurants. Convenient to hospital, Ikea, uptown...I had a nice stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Had nice exercise room,beautiful lobby. Staff was friendly especially Airress and the manager that was there Sunday morning. Don't remember her name, but she was pregnant and the most pleasant, helpful and friendly person. I really liked her. Plan on staying there again in the future.

We actually got to our hotel abou 2 hours early and they managed to get us checked in on Raceday. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was great, sausage, eggs, biscuits, cereal. My only complaints were that the vending machines were either empty or would not take cash. i.e. out of order.

My only complaint was the turntable.in the microwave did not spin. I was happy with this hotel otherwise. Nice people and clean comfortable rooms with good upkeep and modern facilities.

Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. We were very impressed with the free extras and will stay with this chain again. Rooms were just slightly outdated, but still clean. Very friendly staff!!
