Our bedroom lock kept sticking...could probably stand to be replaced. The sleeper couch would have been convenient for the kids if it weren't broken. Good thing we always travel with air mattresses just in case the sleeper sofa doesn't work out. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Lots of freeway construction during our stay.

When I booked this hotel it was based on proximity to Texas Motor Speedway. The website said 16 miles. When we arrived and I calculated distance it was actually 28 miles. Also the construction in the area of hotel was horrible. When we checked in we were told construction would be going on for the next 4 years. We were awakened by construction noise […] on Saturday morning. The room was okay but had a few things that needed attention. The fan above the bed did not work. The toilet continued to run. The staff and services of Homewood Stuites have been consistently great throughout our entire stay. The free breakfast and dinner options are a great value, will stay here again, great place!

Room was spacious. Free breakfast was full breakfast options. Staff was out of this world! (They helped us save a baby squirrel!) We will definitely be staying here again!!

We have stayed in this hotel before and we love it. It is quiet, clean, and the staff are friendly. We choose this hotel because it is close to our son and daughter in law's apartment. The only drawback is the highway construction. That makes it a little difficult to access the hotel, but it is worth the inconvience.

This was the third time we stayed in the two bedroom suite while visiting family in Hurst. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant each time. Loved the breakfast each day and all the staff were courteous and professional.

Other than the construction outside the hotel, it was a nice place. I was happy to see that the hotel had provided earplugs for us to use while we were sleeping. They can't control the construction, but they were mindful of it and did their best to accommodate us.

The hotel staff were all very nice and professional. Room was clean, breakfast was good. I had issues with the plumbing in my room. I woke up to a small puddle in front of the dishwasher. Thinking it was just a spill left by my mother I wiped it up. I placed a bath towel on the floor to absorb, and it was completely saturated by the end of the day. […] Then I noticed the granite surround in the bathtub had some kind of water leak behind it at the bottom. The tub was very slow to drain while taking a shower. I also noticed the ceiling had been patched in several areas around the fire sprinkler head as if there were leaking pipes there as well. I wondered if these problems might have been caused by all the quake activity in the area? These were probably just isolated events in my room. Staff repaired the water leak from dishwasher promptly. The suites in this hotel were perfect for our family reunion for people coming to the Fort Worth area from Kansas and also from Houston. The hotel was close enough to area events, shopping, and dining to make it convenient. We reserved two, two bedroom suites for four families with 6 kids together for two nights. The staff put us across the hall from […] each other which made it very convenient to use both areas to visit and accommodated our needs for bath facilities. Both bedrooms in each suite had private bathrooms...a sweet luxury. We also were granted the use of a conference room where we had a dinner for 20 catered so we all got to eat in the same quiet room where the little kids could still run around without disturbing anyone else, like in a restaurant. The room had round tables and plenty of chairs for everyone to have a place to eat. It was really nice. The hotel was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, good amenities, good breakfast, nice pool. The road the hotel is on was under construction so it was messy and loud in the morning. I don't know when the construction is going to be done but it was a very nice hotel.

Fantastic hotel! I am an extremely picky traveler, and I could not find even one thing to complain about when it came to this hotel. The service and cleanliness were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was a bit difficult with a large van but there were plenty of spaces. There is a lot of construction around the area and there was not a coffee maker in the room. WiFi signal was weak. Overall the room was fantastic as was the staff.

I booked and paid for one of the more expensive hotel rooms. When I checked in the hotel room that I got was not what I paid for it was a lower room, they didn't have the room available when I went back to tell them they gave me the wrong room, and refused to do anything to compensate the problem. We had only two little gripes with the hotel: 1) our toilet flush handle stuck a bit, meaning you often had to manually pull it up or it kept running, and 2) the living room remote batteries were running low. We had 2 suites. One was wonderful AOK. The other was a non smoking room, that someone had smoked in. I know this is a hard smell to overcome. I told them about the condition and was told it was a non smoking room. I then asked for something to treat the smell and was given something in a spray bottle. It did seem to attack the smell. If you are highly […] sensitive to smoke check the room before you accept it. English is not the 1st language of the staff, except the front desk they all seem to speak english. I complained about the people who stayed directly above our room in Room#216. They had 3-4 young children who constantly jumped from the bed or chair onto the floor. We heard that noise for the majority of time we spent in our room...even at 3:00am. I was told that the family was from Africa, and they had their time mixed up. I did not care, because […] they should have made the children stop jumping up and down especially since we stayed underneath them. I was told to call the police...was not given the option of moving to another room. I NEVER stay at a hotel, where management showed no interest in resolving the problem. With the economy not in great shape, I know I could have spent my money enjoying ourselves in a more quiet environment. We asked that our room not be cleaned on Saturday because we didn't want our stuff disturbed while we were at Six Flags. I had anticipated calling down to the front desk when we returned from Six Flags and asking for clean towels so we could all shower. When I got to the Homewoodsuite, I was told that there was a problem with the room that was booked to me. They upgraded my room at no extra charge to me!!! Breakfast was wonerful and the location was very close to the places that we needed to go to. I will most likely be staying there again when I go back to Dallas.
