Hotel employee at front desk was very helpful and kind. The housekeeping straightened bed and bathroom on Sat afternoon while we were gone. "Decent deals on rates and stayed without complaint"
Had no complaints other than their complimentary breakfast offered very few choices but luckily Burger King and two gas stations are within short walking distance. Tub and shower stall were large and roomy and had great water pressure along with plenty of hot water as well, even when they were booked full and had no vacancy. Easy access to and from […] the Interstate and is also on the road that leads directly to downtown Sturgis and Deadwood. Our room and bathroom were clean and staff was helpful and friendly too. "Dirty carpet and cigarette smoke"
Our room was very well kept up and clean. However, the entry and hallway carpets looked very nasty. I'm assuming the rooms have newer carpet. The online map of the hotel location was incorrect but our GPS was right on. It is located just one block from access to the I90 highway. There is a gas station next door on one side and a fast food outlet on the other. Lazelle St. conveniently leads right down town to eating establishments. "What a dissappointment!"
They did not vacuum our room or offer clean sheets during our 5 night stay. If you wanted to use the hot tub you had to ask at the front desk for someone to uncover it.
