The hotel has moved from very good to good. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is above average but the laundry needs more frequent cleaning

Enjoy here every year for short trip but this year the restaurant closed down and was the worst time due to a spring snow storm! But ordered in delicious Gaels subs! Will come again next year!

The only black mark is their TVs are 20 yrs old....if you watch anything, it's hard to see the screen if it has a ticker or something because they are so old.

Very Nice facility. Good location and access to freeway. Very good breakfasts, as were the cookies. The front desk staff, especially Steve were excellent. They were very responsive to any requests we made.

Staff were great, made our stay very enjoyable. the breakfast room was being remodeled, but they did a great job finding an alternative location, and took really good care of us. would recommend to anyone .. easy access to the highways to get anywhere you needed to go. comfortable room, and we slept great.

It was clean and easy to get to. Front desk very helpful; included breakfast was better than expected. Only small items were no places to eat in walking distance (lots of snow on the ground) and tv was old crt type.

Was impressed with Jan at the front desk....she made everything during check in great. A little unhappy that the pool and dining room were rented out during one night of our stay...so therefore we had to have game nite in one of our rooms for 8 of us...a big crowd in a little room. Enjoyed our stay. Was very happy to have access to a workout room. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast every morning. The convenience of being so close to the wonderful shops at Maple Grove was a definite plus.

We stayed here because it was a good bargain and not too far from family we were visiting. The staff was friendly and helpful. We travel to spend time with family....especially our grand daughters. The pool is a huge success, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly & professional, morn. bkfst is good. What more could you ask for? Oh, they also allow pets. We have & will return often.

I did not have a microwave in my room and called the front desk, the gentleman working that evening told me not all rooms come with microwaves and that I should have requested a microwave when making my reservation. I travel quite a bit and have never heard of having to request that a microwave be in my room because they're always included. My daughter […] who had called for a reservation and who did not request for a microwave to be in her room, checked in. When I went to her room, which was the same type of room as mine, she had a microwave in her room. I spoke to the person behind the desk again and asked that he take one of the microwaves from an empty room but he said he couldn't do that. He said he could move me to a different room instead, I had already spent the previous night there which meant I would have had to pack all my things up to move to a different room. I told him I was willing to move but he then said all the rooms are going to be fully booked and he wasn't able to change my room after all. He said I could use the microwave in the lobby. I was on 2nd floor.The following day my daughter asked the older front desk woman for towels as my grand kids were swimming, but were never given any towels. Some other people in the pool room asked for towels also but was told to use their towels from their room, they told the front desk woman they needed those towel for when they shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. It was a very convenient location for me. Breakfast was much better than other places I have stayed. It was very quiet. It would be especially good for persons who were traveling alone or on a business trip.

We had thought that there was a pool at the facility and this was disapointing. The staff was understanding and upgraded us to a rm with a Whirlpool tub. The white bed spread had two large black stains. This left a bad first impression.

Fantastic stay, nice personable staff, clean and comfortable room. Pool and hot tub were both in great condition and not too hot or too cold. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of selection. Overall had a wonderful stay, would definitely stay at again when in the cities.

The hotel itself is fine, typical 3-ish star hotel. The problem is it is NOT in a great part of town and there is a rowdy club next door (deceivingly called a "sports bar and grill"...um not after 10!) I wouldn't recommend staying here on a weekend. Bathroom had no counter space and corners were very filthy surrounding the floors. Also in the entire room the floors needed a good vacuuming around the edges and corners behind everything. The fridge does not cool well at all.
