Our bed was extra comfortable. It made for an excellent sleep. The hotel elevator was quite the jaunt to get to. It was nice to have breakfast included also. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and fried potatoes, raisin bran, oatmeal, toast, yogurt and some fruit, pastries and muffins. Not the greatest service in the restaurant […] either at night or at breakfast. Took us 20 minutes to get our beverages both times and our appetizers in the evening were slightly warm when we wished they were hot. Yet we waited so long for food and being starved... that we didn't complain. For breakfast, it was a good 30 minutes before the eggs were replenished. It was a nice stay, although the Hotel was under renovation from a recent fire due to arson. The staff were very cordial and accomodating.

The lowdown. Good hotel. a bit away from the main action of Kelowna but with shuttle (free) to get you where you want to go. Very courteous staff, just a slow trainee on the front desk at checkout.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. The buffet breakfast was right on. Would most definitely recommend it and stay again ourselves. A big thank you and well done.

I remember staying in this hotel a couple of years ago and them not including breakfast in the stay -- this is a great improvement. Excellent service at booking in, in the restaurant. Found the exercise room very conveniently located next to the hot tub and heated outdoor pool. Used the spa services located in the hotel for the sea salt and loofa massage. Excellent service. will visit again in summer. Patrick

Good hotel, clean comfortable room, descent breakfast. Not to far from city centre and beach. Only minus is that it is surrounded by parking lots so don't count on a view.

The 'comfort' rooms are cramped, bed was hard as a rock and over priced, however the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is an old building which has been renovated and now looks wonderful. The pool was refreshing but the room was small, the bed was hard with scratchy sheets and felt overpriced. It was by no means a bad stay, just overpriced for what we got. Poor overall satisfaction based solely on price.

Needed a clean comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay for one night while in Kelowna and was so happy to have chosen this place by chance. It not only had everything we were looking for but even more! The staff is wonderful and really made our stay great from the front desk to the restaurant server to housekeeping. We enjoyed a lovely evening […] in the poolside lounge and a tasty complimentry breakfast there again before checkout. *** Also, we accidently left a very expensive leather jacket in the closet of our room and didn't realize until 3 days later. The hotel is very nice, the location is close to shopping centres and restaurants. Our room had a balcony facing the outdoor pool. We also got a free buffet breakfast during our stay, it was ok but nothing special. The rooms are clean and somewhat modern. I would stay again as the price was reasonable for the quality.

I was in Kelowna for a short visit and was made very comfortable at the Coast Capri Hotel. The room was a little small, but very well designed, and the staff were very organized and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The first night, there was a very noisy group in the adjoining room at 1:30 in the morning. A nice place to stay for business. The location is convenient, our room was not large but comfortable and clean. We had nice view of mountains and the pool. Despite kids playing in the pool it was not very noisy, although we could hear the music from the restaurant until late when the windows were open. Stayed for one night at this hotel on the way to Vancouver. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, rooms were very comfortable. This hotel is 25 years old and it shows. The best part of this hotel was the pool, well maintained and clean. My room was alright, needs an update. The food in the hotel was very good. Put it this way, I would never have paid full price for this room.

The staff there are so friendly and helpful and because of health issues i have problems with excertion etc but the staff here helped us in any wy they could.
