When I arrived on Saturday they only had 1 receptionist and I had to wait for 8 people to get there room keys which was long. The sheets had spots on the them, the people where noisy and I constantly heard the elevator beeping and the doors closing. We went into this trip with the understanding that Atlantic CIty remains in "recovery mode" from the impact of last years devastating hurricane. Our trip was in part planned with the intent of being a part of those continuing to return and invest in this community. Our hotel was clearly still addressing resulting concerns and so we made an effort to […] be patient. Unfortunately, our accommodations had a (thankfully inactive) wasps nest in the room on the ceiling, windows that didn't open and close appropriately and water damage to the walls and ceiling. Additionally, the hotel was understaffed which led to us locked out of both our room and the lobby (outside on a rainy evening) for 30-45 minutes while we waited for the only staff member to return to the lobby to assist us. We rented a non smoking room and received the polar opposite. Room smelled like cigarettes and dirty sheets. I complained to the front desk and was told " sorry we are full". I was return customer and i thought I would get better service.

Hotel location was adequate. Cleanliness was not amazing but good enough. Service was lackluster. The price can't be beat and the inexpensive shuttle seems like a good deal. All in all I wouldn't go back, better off shelling out a little extra for another place preferably right in Atlantic City on the boardwalk or in the Marina.

Not sure how to answer this question. The staff was pleasant . My greatest problem was that the bathroom sink and tub were stained and possibly needed to be replaced or refurbished. Not impressed by the carpet on the floor. It looked uncleaned.It could be the choice of color. The room was not inviting. The telephone was a mere shell. We normally go to Atlantic City at least twice a month for weekend vacations. This hotel is located closed to AC and the area is easy to access from the main road. The main building itself has a good noise insulation not like other wooden structures that you will hear a lot of noise from your adjacent room. My only problem is the smell of cigarretes. […] The bathroom smell of cigarrete and the smell can be detected up to your bedroom. Don't be fooled by the online photo; this hotel was horrible. Lights were broken in the parking lots making it very dark, the condition of the hotel was horrible, the shuttle service was extremely unreliable, and while looking for an outlet to charge my phone I found old food/trash behind a nightstand. I will NEVER stay here again.

I stayed there on a Saturday which is peak rates for all of the hotels. Their price was reasonable for a Saturday rate but don't have any high levels of expectations on the place. One great thing about the place was the shuttle service, for 15 dollars (total fare) they took the three of us from the hotel to Caesars palace and they would pick us up for […] a free return trip. I thought that was great given that cabs are expensive. We paid 25 dollars for a one-way trip in a cab to the same place. I booked this room at this particular hotel do to a last resort. When we first checked into our room we noticed the tile on the ceiling in the bathroom was missing with dirt in the bathtub so I called the front desk and the lady was nice and gave us another room. My overall stay was ok. The room it self was ok but getting to the room was the problem.the hallways smelled like smoke and someone tried to cover the smell with bad smelling air fresher. It was a dog barking like crazy but it's no pets allowed. I will not be staying there again

Its the total garbage place to ever stay. We booked 4 rooms and on that day it was raining. Three out of four rooms were leaking. We booked Non smoking but all rooms of this motel are full of smoke smell.

"Non smoking"... Smells like an ashtray in the room. "Shuttle service was not running" when needed... No ice machines on my floor, had to walk across the parking lot to the other building to find out that that machine wasn't working and I had to go up to the 4th floor for a bucket of ice.
