I stayed here for 1 night, in a premium room, and was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. We had a premium room which was very large, modern and comfortable, tastefully decorated, lots of light, and good ventilation. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was also very large and well appointed. Staff service was excellent, helpful and friendly. […] The hotel does look austere and unfriendly on the outside, but don't be put off by this - the inside environment is much warmer and friendlier. We also found the location quite convenient, were able to easily walk from the Salamanca La Alamedia train station, and to the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedra and University etc. The only downside was the wifi service in the room as we were only able to connect one device. The best was Victor the evening receptionist. He was so very helpful. The only problem was not having an electrical outlet near the bed for health equipment.

This is an ideal place to stay in Salamanca. Just a few minutes walk to the old town with all the tourist sights. Rooms are a great size with large bathrooms, friendly reception staff and two elevators to get you to your room. Reception is the first point of contact , unfortunately the young lady on the desk was surly rude and obviously unhappy . The hotel is well located near the centre ,roadside parking is available but the area is quite congested . Very enjoyable would go back but a bar and restaurant in an hotel is nice so would probably book a different hotel next time. The staff are helpful and friendly and location close to centre of Salamanca only a few minutes walk away. It was reasonably priced and very clean.

A good modern hotel, bright and airy with very helpful staff. Our room had a good view of a park. The bed was very comfortable as was the armchair. The buffet breakfast was enormous. Tiny rooms, poor TV and internet service, laundry outrageously expensive, most staff courteous but some had attitude. Breakfast had good food and variety but also very expensive. Better deals can be found elsewhere.

Our room was huge,kingsize bed, comfortable with fresh pillows, looks new. The room was well stocked with towels, and amenities and of course a mini bar in the room. They clean everyday, even if you give them only a 2 hour window, its immaculate when you come back. Breakfast was pricey 11,90 euros but it was a good buffet. You can have all the same […] items for half price outside, if you don't have an expense account. Location is a bit of a walk from Plaza Mayor if you are touring. Alava street is off Paseo de Canalejas which is a bit far from Rua Mayor where the Plaza and the other attractions are located. For business, this would be good because you have access to Canalejas which goes north towards the business/fancy shopping area without dealing with alleys/narrow roundabouts within the tourist area. The back of the hotel has a wonderful park , Parque-Huerta de los Jesuitas, if you have a chance to go for a short walk. It is a safe area with families and senior citizens walking their dogs. We got the room during a promotion but I would say it would be more during regular season, so it was a great value for us. I would stay there again if a promotion comes up but would look for a closer hotel to Plaza Mayor if prices are competitive/or the same. Pročitajte više

La estancia fue genial. A cinco minutos andando del centro, y de todos los monumentos. Es un lugar para volver, en un futuro no muy lejano. El único inconveniente es que el parquin no tiene acceso directo al hotel, y has de cruzar la calle con las maletas.
