"Disaster!"
Horrible place to stay! DO NOT recommend at all not even at a discounted rate! The staff was very RUDE. They use up all the parking spots for airport parking so there are no spots left for people that are actually staying there. The Jacuzzi room was a big box room with a large dirty tub in the corner. There wasn't even a shower just a sink in the middle […] of the room and a toilet in the corner. And that is considered their Top room. The place smells and is beside a bar where people wonder to the hotel to harass people. There was fighting outside until 430am hotel staff didn't care at all, and the website says there is a balcony... um ok if you consider the stairwell to the street a balcony than yes I guess there is one. The hotel was run down and I actually looked for bed bugs. There was mold on the shower head and the bedskirt on one of the beds was torn and hanging down. The beds were horrible. Parking was a nightmare. It looked like they had rented out the entire parking lot to people flying out of SeaTac, double and triple parked and didn't leave any room for the […] actual guests. Gross. I enjoyed my stay at this motel. There was 1 incident that worried me a little. We had a man knocking on our door and window at midnight, looking for his girlfriend. He was later arrested. "Good stay for one night"
We stayed for one night and thought it was pretty good. Lady at front desk was nice enough to provide extra towels. Parking lot was quite packed (guests were flying elsewhere). Breakfast was not bad - they had a waffle maker. Overall, I would recommend this for a good one or two night stay. "Terrible hard pillows/bed, no parking"
I was pleased that I could book this room at a low last minute rate and that it was fairly close to the airport for my early flight. Other than that I was very displeased with my choice. The beds were too hard to sleep comfortably on and the bedding was so lacking that comfortable sleep never occurred. The lamps in the room did not work and the sink […] did not drain. The hotel also rents parking space for the airport and so there is little to no parking space at all available for your car. I chose to check out early and go to the airport instead.... I felt the photo description online was quite a bit deceptive. As a frequent traveler I stay in a lot of last minute places..... This was not a place I would ever use again. "Never again!"
I will not cheap out on hotel expense ever again. Trying to save money was NOT worth it. Scary neighborhood; cigarette burns in the furniture; dirty, mis-matched tiles in the bathroom; we slept on top of the covers fully dressed; rudest shuttle driver ever when we arrived; night desk clerk gave us wrong information regarding catching the shuttle back […] to the airport (luckily we had made an early start to leave as early as possible to get out of that place). "Service good, hotel below average"
Initially put me on the third floor in a blocked corridor. Had to take the elevator down and across a parking lot 2x because the key wouldn't unlock the door. After the 2nd trip, I demanded a first floor room. The front desk clerk was helpful. This hotel has very poor lighting in the outside corridors and has alot of blocked areas. "Fine for a night"
Cheap price, cheap room. Clean but poorly maintained room. Two towels for four people. Front desk did supply more upon request. NO PARKING available, even for registered guests. Lots of park and fly vehicles - too many - that there is no parking for guests staying in a room. We got the last spot one night - pity the folks arriving after us. The building is a bit old, but my room was very clean and comfy. I've read a bunch of reviews mentioning bedbugs, but I don't think I had that problem. The building itself looks dodgy and I don't think anyone would want to stay here for longer than a night. The staff was very rude and the shower in my room didn't work. "Great for an over-nighter"
The location was easy to find and close to the airport. The free shuttle was awesome (on time, short drive) The room was ok...not the Ritz but for a night or two it was great. The surrounding area was a little iffy and if you don't have a vehicle getting to a restaurant is not easy. "Not the best"
The walls seemed really thin. We could hear the people next door talking all night. Also the door didn't really close and seal like it should have. Sounded like we were sleeping in the parking lot.
