I have stayed many times at the Fiesta Inn over the last 20 years, and it has always been such a pleasure. But, this time was different. The Food was Great and well priced. Portions were large and very good. The waiters were a little lack and not as attentive as the could have been. I felt the room prices were a little over priced, as not breakfast was included, like those at the the Fairfield Inns and Suites. The room itself was extremely comfortable. The bed, and chair were nice and the room was well appointed with a pull-out sofa and coffee table.

The person who check us in seem a little rude. But the girl who checked us out was quite nice.There were only to problem I had one was the temperature control on the heater. Either it was too cold or to hot. Couldn't get the temperature just right for us. The other problem was that the toilet ran a lot. The clean crew was quite nice. Oh there was another thing, they charge for the water. That was very strange to us, we were afraid to make coffee. Afraid they would charge us more money. Beds are awesome. A small hike to some rooms and could use chairs or benchs outside rooms for sitting outside. Not much in the immediate area but has easy access to Hwy. 10 and close to airport. Hotel may be updating since some room doors were wrapped in plastic.

I travel to Tempe often. My favored hotel was fully booked. This hotel was reasonably close to my office. The parking lot is very dim. Very poorly lighted. To me this was a major security firm. I worried about my rental car at night because this is not the best neighborhood in Tempe. If I were a single woman I'd be worried walking in/out of the parking […] lot at night. For the rate I was surprised that it did not come with a complimentary breakfast as most others do. Free Wifi worked OK. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit smallish. The room itself was clean and up to date. the tub needed replacement (rust stains and it seemed like it leaked) Room service food quality was OK at best. I probably won't stay here again. Nice neighbor, food from room service was very good, prepared nicely. Other guests very sociable and staff very pleasant. Free WI -FI and coffee in the am.

I enjoyed my stay here, that we actually stayed another night. Very Friendly Staff, Hotel offers shuttle service to surrounding places. Great pool & rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

First, the door was open before we arrived and wouldn't stay closed without securing the latch. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but got a king and pull out sofa. I'm not sure if the hotel was full but they didn't offer us another room in a timely fashion. The mattress on the pull out was shoddy and there were no bed sheets, pillows or blankets. […] When asked to bring bedding, they brought bed sheets only. It's a good thing we brought blankets and pillows for the trip. I chose to sleep on the couch but even it was really uncomfortable. It was possibly my worst hotel stay ever. The room was adequate and clean (sheets, towels) but the furnishings and decor were dingy and depressing. It seemed as though the hotel had spent money on the mattresses and sheets but not on anything else. I have stayed here twice due to business meetings at the hotel. The staff is very nice.

Overall, the hotel was fine. I expected a little better from the price we paid and the rating it had. There was no fan in the bathroom for the steam and the tp was the cheapest single-ply. There was a large wedding being held there and the guests were being loud until the early morning hours. I'm not too sore about that BUT there were other guests (more […] than two or three) that were allowing their room doors to slam at about 0500 in the morning. We only spent one night at the property. However our short stay was particularly comfortable. The king size bed was absolutely fabulous. I also want to compliment the front desk for their friendliness and welcoming attitude.

did enjoy my stay but chose the hotel for location as well as wifi. the wifi was dependent on not moving or interrupted by use of elevator. very frustrated with that. did compensate by using the hotels computers. I would recommend staying there again.

Overall no significant issues -AC was inefficient and too loud but the place is a little on the older side and was expected. Great location for business related meetings without spending high dollars.

Hotel was fine but the pool and spa were closed for upkeep. Not a good idea to close the pool in the desert during the summer!

Room was clean and comfortable...the hotel lobby and courtyards were interesting to view and very southwest, however, the hotel grounds getting to the rooms could use some ladscape work and cleaning. Price was right! The only thing we were dissapointed on was that the pool was under construction and not open. The dresser in ny room was broken, The paintwork was sloppy. The price was very good when booked with the flight through Expedia. Rooms were quiet. Reasonably good service in the restaurant but prices were high. They give coffee away in the lobby but charge you $2.50 a cup in the restaurant. Nice exercise room open all day. We stayed there the night before checking my son into ASU for the semester. Very nice place to stay. The room was nice and comfortable Even though we we only planning on staying the first night, we came back to stay a second night just because we wanted a good night sleep.

THE AIR CONDTIONER WAS NOT WORKING VERY WELL.MAINT. CHECKED IT AND SAID IT WAS VERY HOT OUTSIDE 116 DEGREES AND THE AIR CONDITIONER COULD NOT KEEP THE ROOM COOL ENOUGH UNTIL THE SUN WENT DOWN.

Awesome picture of the pool on the website. Unfortunately it was not as pictured. It was very dirty and not well maintained. Extremely disappointed as a nice pool was something we were looking for.

Nice place to stay. The pool was the best. Room rates vary, sometimes is super expensive then on other times its really affordable ( shrugging shoulders).

I've stayed here before and loved it the first time BUT this time, we upgraded to pool view and they stuck us in a corner with a full view of the big wall surrounding the jacuzzi . You had to stretch to see a very small corner of the pools edge. (couldn't believe we paid extra for that), and the restroom wasn't exactly up topar, it was in need of some […] TLC. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean. It was a good place to stay and would stay there again. My only complaint was the pool could have been cleaner, and the AC unit was a little on the noisy side. Outside of that will definitely stay there again.

Came into Tempe for a bridal shower. Booked 2 nights in a gardenview room for my sister-in-law and myself. I'd read the reviews about these rooms looking out at the parking lot but took the top floor figuring it have a view of "something" other than cars and we were planning to relax and hang out poolside anyway. The room wasn't bad at all, but sis […] thought the pool view would allow for more people watching, so we went to the front desk to inquire about the change. Despite having booked through a third party, we were given the poolview room at no extra charge. We had a great time, made some friends at the pool and all the other guests seemed quite happy as well. I lived in the Phx/Tempe area for many years and the Fiesta Inn is somewhat of a landmark that has always impressed me as a serenely classy place. Some of the pool lounges need replacing, but I wouldn't call it "dated" at all. Our room was quite nice. Exterior entrance to the room, gives a sense of seclusion from other guests and no noisy corridors at all hours. The pool area is beautiful. Easy access to I10, US60 and Loop 202; airport in 5 minutes; AZ Mills shopping mall 2 miles away. Great stay! Pročitajte više

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are large and they have a very spacious bathroom. My only complaint it that the a/c doesn't cool the room well. I had to keep it running constantly (which is very noisy), but it never cooled the room enough. On a positive note, there is a nice fitness center at the hotel and the grounds are well maintained.
