I wanted to spend my anniversary ther with my wife who is 8 months pregnant. Upon our arrival, which was a Sunday. We were told that they did not have our reservation through Hotels.com. I howed them my confirmation email and then the receptionist asked me to forward the email to her. I did and proceeded to wait at least 15 minutes with my wife standing […] there. I told my wifé to sit down while we waited. Finally after an eternity, the receptionist explains to me that their reservation department does not work on Saturdays and she could not access my reservation. She asks me to again forward my confirmation to her using the hotels office computer, another 15 minutes later we we checked in. There was no apology for the wait or anything. We checked in and settle in to the room whichwas very nice. After a couple of hours the lights in the room did not work. We notified the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Helpful staff and the suite we had was fantastic. The foyers outside the elevators as well as the gymnasium were not up to expectations but the room itself and house cleaning were top notch. This was a first class hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, luxurious and had air conditioning. Even though our room faced the street it was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food options and the dining room had a lovely view.

Overall a very nice experience, great location in the heart of Miraflores, comfortable, clean and good, but not overwhelmingly kind staff. I take away a few points because the front desk attendant at check in didn't seem too kind and he seemed like he was in a hurry to check us in, talking so fast I could barely understand him (I'm a native Spanish […] speaker), he forgot to tell us several details about the hotel, etc. The elevators are quite old and the only thing I did not like about the room was that the bathroom didn't have a ventilaion system of any sort. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was good. The staff was less than helpful when we asked for dinner recommendations and directions and the concierge even negotiated against us when we needed a cab to the airport. I was amazed. The hotel was dated, but the price was lower than most other "luxury" hotels.

The beds are wonderful! Our phone got stolen when we left to go to dinner. The staff did try everything possible to find the phone for us, but witihout success. Nice breakfast.

Location is great, but the A/C at the room was very noisy and did not cool. The furniture at the room could needs renewal. The restaurant is not recommendable, for the same or better pricing there are much better options nearby.

This is a very nice Hotel in the center of Miraflores. The location is great because is walking distance to everything . The service is very good and the rooms are nice . I had a room in the 16th floor and it had a great view .

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was great. The breakfast buffet was better than we expected. There is a bad smell in the bathroom probably from the drain in the floor. It doesn't come out to the room though. The elevators are very small, but quick. It's a great place to stay.

despite the location and feel of the hotel, the staff were not always helpful, the room was freezing and the thermostat was just for show. the area is breathtaking, but i'd have to think about staying there again.

We were treated with the utmost respect and all of our needs were met in a very speedy manner. The only comment I can make for improvement would be that there is no ventilation in the bathroom,no fan nor window, so there was some mold on the tile in the shower, most likely due to the steamy condition after people shower. Good location, bed and Internet service. Very small room to the point of being uncomfortable and old looking bathroom with dirty ceiling and only one soap to shower-wash your hands. I find it too expensive for what you get but it can be an Ok option when Internet and location matters.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel located in mid Miraflores after 2 weeks of traveling through Peru...in others here to rest before I go home. This was a great hotel to o just that. 12th floor, quiet, ls of hot water, good pressure and the most comfortable bed I slept in in the sat 2 weeks. The view was great...big, massive windows across the entire room […] but importantly with blackout curtains. 6 pillows...I love pillows! And a fluffy comforter...I very good sleep at night and through the afternoon. Location also great, walking distance to kennedy park, the inca market and laromar mall. Restaurants, supermarkets and fast foods (should you want it) are all within 5 min walk. Hotel was also very accommodating when I asked for a fridge making use of the supermarket. The 21th fl restaurant is ok. Food and view was good, the ambience took me back to the 80s but that didn't matter. Piano- man kept me company as I had dinner. A great 4 star hotel in miraflores. Hi, got a great deal for this hotel. The best feature is the bar/restaurant on the top floor. Great views!! The only problem is that the swimming pool was closed. We also requested a recommendation for dinner and they suggested a restaurant that had a cover just to enter.

Great location in Miroflores. Easy walk to the coast and Larcomar where there is lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice restaurant on the top floor with a great view of the city.

It's a good hotel. Stayed here some years' ago, when it had a different name. Defects: well the bathroom needs repair and modernising. Things look worn. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good views all round. Very quiet. Good spot to be in Miraflores. Good value, all considered.

Great location at Benavides&Larco for shopping, restaurants, 10mins walk to Larcomar, noise was not a problem as mentioned elsewhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to our next visit.

They say it is a 5 star hotel however by inetrntional standards it is more a 4 star hotel though please let me be clear I am not complaining because it is a very spacious and clean with helpful staff. There is a lovely buffet breakfast and it is located in a fabulous area for sight seeeing, transport etc. I would be happy to retutn to this hotel.

firstly - taxi from airport was 70 sol-on the way back most taxis (unlicensed) wont take you - but with help of the doorman we got one to drop us off 100 yds from the terminal but outside for 25sol (hotel charged 85). It cost 15 to taxi to the plaza be Armas (old town). Its only 800 yds to the cliff top seafront with every fast food imaginable.BUT expect […] it to be obliterated by sea mist!! The hotel reception was good and spoke good English. The 21st floor restaurant had good views. Breakfast was usual spread. Coffee was hand delivered and took too long - getting more was a pain. This is our first trip to Peru. The hotel is located in a very good location (Miraflores district). It is close to Larcomar park (and mall) and to the city square. All attractions are around 20 minutes by taxi and the mall is a 10 min walk. Our room had a great view of the pacific and the city. I had a great stay. The breakfast is great. The Antara hotel right nearby has a restaurant in the lobby with a great deal for lunch between 1 and 4 PM. Check it out!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay overall. The pool, however, was under construction. Breakfast on the 21st floor was great, but it was always hard to find a seat. Miraflores was such an amazing neighborhood to stay in and we loved that the hotel was right in the heart of it.

I have a disability, I have problem with stairs, getting out of low chairs and beds, I need ease of access to the shower, plenty of room around the loo etc. This Hotel met all my needs, I was delighted to stay there and would happily recommend it to others.
