Stayed for the shuttle service to the airport. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. The lady who checked us in that evening was very friendly.

Great stay. Everything up to snuff, Coffee was ready and hot at $30AM. Room spacious and free WiFi . Had new look and feel. Location a little hard to find as at the back of a shopping area but once found accessible to major roads and the City.I would stay there again. Business traveler.

Great stay. Kids loved the pool. Nice room. Only complaints are there was a little mildew in the tub (gross) and the hotel was packed so the hot breakfast went quick. I felt like they should have been more prepared.

I reserved a king bed room and got a queen single bed room instead! Called front desk and was told that is all that was left! I reserved a week in advance!!! Very disappointed!

Hotel was very conveniently located. Room was spacious and well equipped with mini kitchen. Gym was very dated, as was pool area. Most staff were helpful, but a few of them could definitely have used more training. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The main issue was that the bed was VERY hard.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. We could pretty much walk to MVP sports. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff let us check out late because one of our kids was sick.

Construction dust wasn't cleaned up in hallway. We couldn't get any internet service as it was too busy; this was really frustrating as it was the main reason we were staying at a hotel! The staff wasn't sympathetic. Breakfast buffet was good. From now on we will only stay at 3-4 star hotels.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver shuttled be all over and was very happy to do so. Room was clean and very comfortable. The microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator were a welcome addition. Would stay here again, not problem.

It was a nice hotel, but they stuck us across from a room full of preteen boys, and I had requested a king room, but ended up with two full (not queen) beds that my husband and I barely fit in. Our bed at home is a king. There was a hair under the decorative blanket on the end of the bed. My husband seemed to be okay with the breakfast (I wasn't hungry […] after not sleeping well on a tiny bed), but he said they didn't even have butter. The ladies that checked us in were nice, but the lady that checked us out had a difficult conversation on the phone that she handled okay (you could hear the annoyance in her voice) while on the phone, but as soon as she hung up proceeded to cuss them out under her breath. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. We had a king suite and it was much smaller than I anticipated for a suite. There was a bunch of little things that really bothered me, such as the lack of trash liners in the room garbages, the bath towels were the size of hand towels, the giant holes under the sink counter, the giant bag of trash […] left in the hallway overnight, and the freezer unit door was ripped off and lying inside the fridge. All these are minor really, but added together just made me question the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire place. The kids loved the pool,the clorine was not that strong like it usually is at hotels. The hot tub was nice and warm but the bubbles didn't work the second time we went back there. Stayed here for the weekend after Christmas to visit friends. Room was clean. We had a suite with an extra TV and a pull-out sofa. Would rather have had 2 queen beds instead of doubles, but we were there to sleep. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was convenient to local attractions as well as our friend's house.

Really enjoyed the hotel! The children loved the pool and the continental breakfast. The fridge in the hotel room was broken, and the hotel was hard to find- but those are the only negatives.

Unfortunately, the room was nothing like the picture suggested. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was truly wonderful. However, (and this may be petty, but I don't think so), there was ink on one of the blankets (child scribble). This blanket should have been removed! There was a cheese snack left in the refrigerator. I asked the cleaning […] lady to leave extra towels, because there weren't enough in the room, but she did not. The toilet was super loud when you flushed it, sounding much like someone was taking a shower; bad when you are sleeping at night. The chairs and some furniture items were worn. Hotel is a bit hard to find, but well worth it. Evening staff was great!! Friendly, helpful, attentive, all around great staff. Suite was very clean and comfortable. Also had all amenities needed, plates, paper towels, etc. Would definetely stay again & recommend to others!!

This hotel was a little hard to find; we had to drive through the Meijer parking lot to access it. Once there, it was clean, recently updated and comfortable. It is pet friendly, which is always a plus for us, even though we didn't take our pet this time. Although the pool was under repair, a replacement pool was available. Quite and clean. Top rate breakfast included. I would stay there again, no doubt. Top floor is pet free for those who may have allergies and bottom 2 floors for those with pets.

I liked this hotel a lot. We had a king suite, and was very roomy for the two of us. Each room had their own TV, and the WiFi was very fast! The bed was hard but comfortable. EXTREMELY difficult to find. It's placed behind a giant wal-mart-style store, wedged between another hotel, an office complex, and a big gymnasium. Worse, the little access road from the public street brings you to the BACK of the Inn which displays no signs whatsoever, not on the building and not on the parking lot/driveways. A couple of little 4-ft. […] tall guide signs along the driveways would have helped immensely. If it was dark?, stormy?, snowing?, --IMPOSSIBLE.
