It was an ok place to stay. The big issue we had and many others that stayed that were with us was hot water. They ran out of hot water after a few showers in the whole place. "Low cost provider for a ski trip"
The inn was conveniently located and the price was the lowest offered in the area. My room was comfortable and clean. "Just okay"
The staff was nice. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken the night we stayed there and that was a huge bummer because after skiing all day you just want to jump in the hot tub and then your muscles will feel much better for skiing the next day too. "Great place for the family, pet friendly!"
This hotel was clean with super friendly staff, the check in was quick and easy. I would highly recommended this to anyone going to the area instead of paying lots of money for lots of nothing. "Anniversary get away."
We had a good stay, pool was refreshing, and staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue I thought needed attention was the shower base and it's attachment to the wall. It looked like it may need some attention. Water could leak down into the subfloor and cause issues below. Room number 202 was our room. It is an older hotel which is poorly lit. Our bathroom had an overwhelming smell of bleach, the bathroom wall paper was peeling off the wall and there was mold in the bathroom as well. "Breakfast not so good"
The breakfast bar served not so good pastries; the waffle was fine. Not a large selection....We accidentally left our car emergency lights on, and no one notified us People knew about it; they told us in the morning! We had to get a jump. Kinda' disappointing; most people or management staff would hav e notified us. We also thought it very overpriced […] considering it was very mediocre...not a good value. "They need to start over"

"Hotel was a dump"
The hotel was merely a dump. Total disrepair. The chair and ottoman were dirty, the bedspread had been melted by a cigarette (probably prior to their no smoking ban). The stay was adequate but I can't say I'd ever stay there again. "Management needs to wake up."
