I booked this hotel knowing it would be meager and average based on the reviews. Its an older hotel with very worn furniture and old televisions. The guy at the front desk wasn't rude but not friendly either. But it served it's purpose since it's only about 8 miles or so from O'Hare and we needed an inexpensive hotel near the airport to catch a morning […] flight. We stayed on a Friday night. The room was quiet, and the king bed was very comfortable. We both slept soundly. It was clean (no smoke smell) and very reasonable. It's not a resort - no pillowtoppers, flat screens or free breakfast here! - but it's easy to get to and perfect for a quick stay.

We stayed here in 2006 a it was ok... 7 years later it nasty. We had a dirty smelly room. Smelly and musty when I walked in. Tv is old box style and the restroom had feces on the wall and dirt piles in the corner. Will not be back

it was super-cheap, reasonably clean (although over-flowery scented), and fine for one night. deluxe room had a fridge. furnishings were well worn, but clean. tub had a slow drain, but the shower was hot and refreshing. not a nice neighborhood. there was a panhandler at the front door when i checked in, and the check-in lady was pretty obviously used […] to the guy. but if you know what to expect (park in the bright lights, don't leave valuables in your car) and can handle that, you'll be ok and save $. This place is Terrible, the first room I was given was so dirty and the sheets were full of hair. The second room was dirty, and I had requested smoking room and there wasn't a single ashtray to be foud in either of the two rooms I was given, I went to the front desk to ask for one and they did not have a single ashtray to give me. I could not connect […] to their wireless network, I was told there were too many people ok the network. Also at the front desk there was only a very young and very pregnant young as the only person working. She had to handle guests and the phone by herself and was a little overwhelmed. What do you expect for so cheap?! The staff was very courteous, rooms were clean, and the bedding was fresh. There isn't much other than a Denny's and a Gas Station nearby but room service was still made available. Great stay for the great price.

You get what you pay for. 50 dollars for a roof over your head. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel of course but the room was dirty and pillows need to be renewed. It just looks like no one cleans the rooms ever. But it kept us warm on a snowy night.

Was disappointed with the quality if the room in general. The furniture was really old. There was smoking smell in non-smoking room. No gym or pool, or any other amenities.

No breakfast. No frills. The room and toilet appeared to be clean, but smells stale and musty. Only two towels. The pillows were stiff and flat. Unless you don't care, stay somewhere else.

I've stayed in places cheaper than this that had a refrigerator and microwave as standard. You have to upgrade to the "deluxe" to get that "luxury". We had to try four different rooms to get one that sort of worked for my family. Of the four, only one room was *not* filled with the smell of cigarette smoke (and these were supposed to be non-smoking […] rooms, we have a toddler). We eventually had to settle for the least smoke-stinking "deluxe" room. The manager (I believe), Ashtar, was very friendly and understanding to our needs, but there's not much you can do when your guests are inconsiderate and light up in non-smoking rooms except air the rooms out and spray powerful air fresheners, which I STRONGLY suggest they start doing. house keeping missed quite a few things, and never changed the soap. But the price was affordable and guest services was nice :)

The rate was almost too good to be true. The room was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. No coffee in the room, but complimentary coffee available in the office. Very dated and dirty. Carpet had stains, bathroom wasn't clean, bedding and curtains looked like they had been there for 20 plus years. You get what you pay for, it was cheap.

It was horrible!!!! They was wired sounds through-out the night in the room and the tiolet making noise at night and to top it off been woken up early in the morning by the construction going on in the area. Will never stay here again.

This motel was not good. The Denny's discount was the only good thing about it. There wasn't any amenities at all. Everything was locked up and even to get ice was a challange. The people coming in and out were suspect and scary. The only available coffee in the lobby was cold. It is ok. Simple lodging for cheap. However, it would have been nice if the heat actually worked. HVAC unit only blew tepid air. As it was in the 40's, it was a bit cool in the room. I am from a cold climate and I prefer to sleep cool, but if I was from Florida I would have been in danger of hypothermia.

Too far from airport, at least 20 minutes driving from hotel to airport. Its a good deal for 1 night. The Internet speed is too low

It was my second stay at this hotel. It's reasonably priced and close to O'hare International, but not too close, which makes for a more quiet stay.

The first room I booked into was kept very nice. It was extreamly clean. The second room was a mess...the bathroom floor wasn't swept and smelled. When I closed the door I found the reason for the smell. Someones dirty socks were left.

Pretty far from the airport- can't imagine that the cab ride was really only 7 miles. Wished I had stayed somewhere closer with a shuttle- in the long run it may have cost me less.
