The ES Sonata Suites lived up to my hopes in almost every way. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff extremely nice and helpful. The suites are very nice and excellent for the price. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family. That said however, I have two comments: First, the beds are ok, but not outstanding. We stayed in two […] different rooms, since we used Flagstaff as a lay-over spot on the way home as well as it being a destination, in both rooms the beds were a bit soft, and tended to slope toward the middle when two people were in bed. The second comment is very minor, the breakfast was excellent, but the coffee in the large self-serve caraffes tended to get cold long before the caraffe needed to be refilled. Great location for trip to the canyon. room very clean and comfortable. Staff was great and very friendly. Lots of high quality amenities, very good breakfast and evening social. Wi-fi worked well. Hotel needs a style upgrade, but everything well maintained and clean. Will use again when in Flagstaff.

The hotel looked like a converted apartment. The neighborhood was nice. The room was so outdated. My stay for one night was okay, but wouldn't stay longer than that. The water pressure was low, and I stayed in a downstairs unit.

Facility needs to be updated. Maintenance is lacking throughout several areas of the property. Rooms are comfortable and mine was quiet and I got a good night's sleep.

Very satisfied. Had a small family reunion with the room as a meeting place, saved a lot of money on dining by having the fully equipped kitchen instead of going out for our main celebration. GREAT desk and food/beverage staff. Hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms, however the hotel needs to do some updating. The TV's are very old and the sofa needed to be replaced. My family spend two days in Flagstaffas we travelled to New Mexico. Our two-bedroom suite was very large and, besides the large amount of leaf debris at the front door, it was clean. They would do well to upgrade the tv's and to make sure that the dishwashers were working, but these were minor issues. Sonesta Suites was a great place to stay. We went up there for the night of New Years. It's location is convenient as it is only minutes from downtown Flagstaff and right off the highway. The suite we got was very spacious, clean, had a kitchen and living room area! It was great. It had a really gorgeous view of the mountain tops right across. Sonesta ES Suites was excellent in every way. I loved the quiet arrangment of rooms in seperate buildings. There were none of the usual noises from surrounding rooms or the hallway. comfortable room, clean. Nice, wide-variety hot breakfast. Complimentary laundry machines were an awesome bonus. Pretty friendly and helpful staff. Surprised with no sheets for the pull-out bed, when we booked for 4 people, but they were helpful enough to correct it.

Rooms were a bit dated but the suite worked well for our family. Hot breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. I'd go back! Wish I had more time to explore Flagstaff, AZ, as this seems like a very nice city (but we were just passing through).

All in all it was a nice stay . Rooms were comfortable and roomy for a family. Have two bathrooms was a great convenience. Breakfast was crowded though and sometimes lacking in seating ----furniture could use some updating ----good trip though .

I highly recommend this hotel especially for families. The price was reasonable, free hot breakfast, kitchen dishes and utensils, and internet. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms are worn and very dirty. Great floor plan but very obvious that little maintenance or cleaning is being done. Air vents hanging with dust, dirty qtips on the "clean" floor and something smeared on the glass door.

This place is very much like a Staybridge as far as the size of the rooms and the breakfast. For the most part the room was clean and comfy. There was hair in the bath tub, but the rest was clean. This hotel is in a good location for travellers to the Grand Canyon and northeastern Arizona, and it is in a quiet location away from the train and Interstate. Clean and comfortable, and a decent breakfast offering.
