"Very nice for the price!"
The hotel was clean, they offered a full breakfast (sausage, hashbrowns, eggs, cereal, baked goods, oatmeal, coffee, fruit, juice, and milk), the staff was friendly. Odgovor: Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Huntsville Dear David D. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations on what you posted as a one night Romantic trip. Having expectations for a wonderful evening and not getting that experience was I am sure dissapointing. You mentioned in your review the bathroom fixtures needing repair and outdated furniture etc. I am happy to let you know that we are now under new ownership and we are actively looking to update the property soon. I would invite you to contact me a t the hotel to let me know what room you were in so that if there is an item broken that we may not be aware of we can get the needed repairs completed. I am not sure what happened with breakfast, we do serve from 6 am until 10 am - Monday - Friday and until 10:30 am on the weekends. I would like to offer my sincere apology for any inconvienience. Again with that I would love to hear from you what happened so I can take steps to correct any issue. "Very Nice!"
The Hotel was very nice. Hotel Staff was friendly and attentive. Some previous damage in the room was scheduled and addressed during the stay. Beds were a little hard, but wasn't there to lounge in bed all day, so it was bareable! Plenty of space in the den area of the suite to visit with family. "Great stay when all things come together!"
Upon arriving I booked through Expedia for a early check in which was included in the comments. I arrived about 1 pm and was told that I had to wait until 3 pm. I knew things weren't going to be going well from that. After waiting two hours of driving around trying to kill time, I checked in and a king size bed room was not available. Had to wait a […] extra 15 minutes or so. Lighting was poor in the room. The light by the sink kept going in and out. The iron did not work and there was not ironing board. A couple of mornings I went to the from desk early to find no one there, but sitting in the office sleep. Breakfast was the same every morning. At previous CI&S the menu changed. Although the room was cleaned each day, it did not feel comfortable once getting into the bed, always felt like something was crawling on your body. Would highly recommend spraying for bed bugs. The staff did assist with any problem reported, seems as though there should not have been any problems. "Cheap and it shows but a decent place to stay"
I picked the room because it had a really good rate for a room with a separate bedroom so my wife. The part of the hotel that we were in seemed worn out. There were cracks in the corners. However, I did like the lay out of the room, and there was plenty of space. I did't care for the pillows they didn't seem vvery substantial to me. The front desk […] area was very nice, and the included breakfast food was pretty good with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The girl on the wekeend seemed like she was having a hard time keeping up. On Monday morning, theings were running very smoothly. It wasn't luxury, but for an inexpensive place where you can have a separate room for the parents and the kids, it was decent. "Right in the middle of everything"
Very nice and friendly staff.rooms very nice and clean.
