The hotel was a lie in terms of what they said they offered. The kitchenette was broken and they provided no cookware or utensils. The pool on the top terrace was a pit of mud with funguses. Stayed for four nights here. Clean small room. Big living area with nice kitchenette. Fridge did not get cold enough. Keeping the floor dry while showering was a challenge with the bathroom set up and thin shower curtain. Lots of TV channels in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Door man and front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast […] buffet. The only real issue I had besides the fridge, is that the trash was never collected from the room. We had take out one night, and the boxes stayed on the table for two days until we disposed of them. The drinking glasses were also never changed. We had to wash them in the bathroom with hand soap. I was pleasantly surprised by the room I got. Unlike my brother who got a room with small windows facing the back of the building, mine had big windows that let in a lot of natural light. And I could see the Virgen del Pilar Church from my room. With a room facing the street, it was bound to be a bit noisy even up on the 8th floor. I could hear the […] honking but I could also wake up to the church's bells marking the hours. The bed was comfortable and since it was winter time, I was glad that somebody had left a portable heater in the closet. The bathroom was okay because I could hear my neighbors. It had a hair dryer and a power outlet where I could charge my phone and tablet without having to use adapters or converters. The staff of the hotel was always courteous. The hotel's breakfast buffet was well stocked with scrambled eggs, breads, cakes, meats (sausages. bacon, ham, turkey), fruits (grapes, cantaloupes, pineapples, oranges, kiwis, bananas), juices (orange, mango) and of course, coffee. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a little pricey because of the additional hotel tax they tagged to the total price, but the food was good and the portions, generous. Great place to stay and the customer service was wonderful. Friendly staff and so helpful. Buffet breakfast was a delight. Very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. We were very happy with the hotel for the price we got on hotels.com. The neighborhood is one of the best in Lima from what locals told us. It is a very exclusive area. This hotel is way cheaper than staying at the Lima Airport hotel. The taxi is $25 each way. I loved the look of the hotel, the food in the restaurant, the service and esp the room. Very roomy and clean. However, there were noises that we heard starting around 11pm. At first we thought it was the room above. The staff said it was the kitchen below and they would tell them to be more quiet. At 2am I had to call the front desk again about the […] noise. Their phone system wasn't working. I had to go to the front desk. I told the new person of the noise. She said no one was in the kitchen. I told her I could see someone in the restaurant area right now and I can hear their conversations and moving of furniture while trying to go to sleep. I expressed how upset I was since I had a 4am wake up call to catch a flight. She said she would take care of it. I had a peaceful rest of 30 minutes then the noise continued. Overall, I loved this hotel. I would stay again and recommend the hotel. But, unless you sleep like a log ask to stay on a floor far away from the kitchen area. Also be aware that when you sign in they run your card and have your sing a form to charge for any incidentals. Initially I was given a room on floor two, it was dark and I did not like it, once I moved to a higher floor, it was bright and had views. The staff are extremely professional and keen to help with anything you might need. You can walk to supermarkets, many restaurants and the tiny shop at a petrol station on Arequipa, a two minute walk away sells almost anything you might need. Hotel and staff are great. You get a good safe hotel in a good area, close to my favourite restaurants for a reasonable price. The gym is the best! Rooms are a good size with good bedding although typical for Peru - a little 'tired'. Definately staying there again! (Aust businessman - regular traveller to Peru)

En recepcion no tiene capacidad de decisión pedimos habitación triple TRES ADULTOS cuando reservamos nos asignaron una matrimonial y un sofa cama al llegar, el sofa cama viejo maliiisimo la estructura estaba separada del sofa la noche que mi hijo durmio alli no pego los ojos le pusieron otro colchon por que aquel del sofa cama tenia sin exagerar dos […] centimetros de espesor finalmente al dia siguiente nos cambiaron de habitacion a una con matrimonial y dos camas, al salir les recomendamos que regresabamos en cuatro días y paso lo mismo el mismo ,sofa cama viejo con colchon de dos centrimetros de espesor, a desnivel viejo la estructura inestable nos rehusamos a utilizar la habitación sino reemplazaban con una cama real, el cambio estuvo listo a las 19:30 más o menos y además, cuando regresamos despues de los cuatro días hicimos el check in y a pesar que entramos 15:30 nos hicieron esperar dos horas y luego oh sorpresa el sofa cama viejo y destartalado, tuve que exigir llamen al administrador para que el ponga correctivos los demas dias el servicio mejoro y se preocuparon de que cambiemos de opinion sobre el hotel.
