I enjoyed my stay very much. The service was great, the breakfast was great and the room was great. I had no problems finding it and it was in a really good spot for the travel I was doing.

Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel needs updating. Breakfast was chicken gravy and a biscuit - only threads of chicken, no chunks and gravy was milk white - looked terrible, didn't taste it. I stayed at this hotel for several nights and found every staff member to be very friendly . The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here a couple weeks ago and came back when I was in the area again.

The people at the desk were very helpful and responsive. The room was extremely warm & to be comfortable, we kept the cooler on high fan, despite cold, rainy weather outside. The wall/floor junctures, edges & corners had a clear 2 inch build-up of dust, from not vacuuming regularly in these hard to reach areas. I reported this and they tried to take […] care of it (without a vacuum!). People with dust-mite allergies will experience discomfort. Breakfast was great, well stocked & very clean area & set-up. Good for 1-2 person stay, business or training. Bathroom small. HVAC needs work/repair, weak, not much cooling. Bed comfortable and clean, breatkfast good, and the hours were good too. Stayed at a motel in north Seattle, didn't feed till 0630, on road by then with Seattle traiffic.

Was not happy to be on third floor no elevator, when had requested first floor. Instead of apology front desk person said be lucky you got a room, only have due to a cancellation. Air conditioner did not cool the room, light in the tub area was very dim, volume on radio could not be adjusted, entry into driveway was across two lanes of on coming traffic with no dedicated turn lane and busy traffic. The hotel is convenient to the freeway, close to gas stations and restaurants, and is clean. Its right next to the freeway so if you get a room facing it you'll get an ear full of interstate. The rooms are clean but a little beat up. The free breakfast isn't very good but its free. All in all not a bad deal for the price.

I liked the fridge and microwave. I went to use the in house coffee pot and it looked like it was moldy and very dusty. The bathroom walls appeared to have mold as did the windows. The tub had trouble draining. While using the bathroom I had to kill a spider. Contenential breakfast was adequate.

First time booking rooms at the Quality Inn & Suites Lacey. We had three sales reps in for a training. Received complants from one of the reps, the dirty towels were picked up after the first night but not replenished. The bed looked like the sheets and comforter had just been pulled back into place. The evidence of any other cleaning.

Our room was not cleaned and when we asked to have it cleaned they had to move us to another room. Also the TV - cable was not working. The breakfast was also very poor. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. There are other quality hotels in the area that I will choose.
