Days Hotel and Conference Centre Toronto Airport - Toronto

Not too much around the hotel, but you assume that with an airport hotel. Some decent eating options within a 15 minute drive, not ideal to travel into the city multiple times. Clean, good breakfast, pretty much what we were expecting.

Room was clean except for the bath tab which was slimmy and could cause a fall. The hotel does not cater for meals on sight and depend on deliveries from outside. I ordered a meal from Thai restaurant which did not taste like the authentic Thai. Otherwise generally very clean hotel and safe environment.

We arrived late at night with no luggage! They already had the crib in our room set up for us, and went through their supplies to find us toiletries to get us through the night. They also looked up what was open and offered to drive us there! Great service and a nice room!

When we arrived back from Edmonton at midnight we were unable to contact the shuttle bus so had to take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were curteous zand friendly. The airport shuttle is handy. The hotel is a bit out of the way from other airport hotels (but still only 10 min from the airport). It is in a bit of industrial area, so there's a lot of street traffic, but the hotel is still quiet. The driver of the van to the airport was very curteous and helpful. The room had just been refurbished and was quite comfortable and clean.

We booked here because it was near the airport and offered an economical rate. We were very pleased with the hotel. The price included a free shuttle and continental breakfast. Although there was no access to restaurant services when we arrived at 10 pm, the hotel shuttled us to a nearby restaurant. We really appreciated this service.

Shuttle service to and from hotel was great. We stayed one night on our way to our destination and 1 night to catch a flight home the next day. For the price and the short time we would stay, the hotel met our needs. Breakfast was available prior to the advertised 6am which ensured we had time prior to the 6:15 shuttle. Make sure you do not take a cab from the airport; the price was $27 flat rate which I discovered too late. As it was after midnight I thought a 10 minute cab ride would be about half this amount! The hotel was clean and comfortable bur the staff were extremely rude! Upon arrival the man behind the counter would not look at us. He was suppose to provide a wake up call but apparently forgot to program the machine....other customer also complained in the morning with us! Also the gentleman on duty in the morning was rude and confrontational with […] all the guests who were promised shuttle to the airport. Apparently the shuttle had been in an accident (but was parked outside) was not drivable and we had to pay for taxi's to the airport. Hotel seemed understaffed. Had to wait substantial amounts of time for front desk help, breakfast area. The reading lamps next to our bed did not work, there were holes in the drywall, no info in the room regarding the TV channels, or nearby restaurants. Overall a disappointment.

Airport shuttle was great, friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was friendly and check in and out was very quick. Continental breakfast was good variety and fresh. I will stay here again

the room, staff and hotel were all good. the parking lot was a mess due to the snow storm 2 days before, lots of cars snowed in or hard to get into a spot. it was a nice hide away spot close to food and the casino. i would stay there again

Last minute stay due to snow-storm. Great price, very clean and well kept. Efficient shuttle. Only major concern was no restaurant at hotel. We arrived late in the evening amd were very disapointed to find no where to eat dinner as hotel does not have on-site restaurant and there is nothing around that is walkable.

It is far out of the city, but only a walk to the train station - ask reception for directions. Very convenient for getting to the airport, which is close by and there's a free shuttle. The beds were very comfortable and we had no trouble getting on the free internet computers. Breakfast was also good.

I had requested a top floor. The first thing the reception desk did was try to upgrade me to a king sized bed for an additional $10. If I had wanted a king bed, I would have booked it myself. booked for parking for 2 weeks which then had to pay an extra $100 when arrived. shuttle not easily contacted for pick up at airport paid another $25 to a cab to get to hotel. ended up driving home at 3am didnt even stay at the hhotel.

This hotel is very clean. I found the staff nice. I would recommend doing some research before staying there if you want to go out, have dinner or order in, there are places around but there isn't much in the room that will help you find something.

The attitude and competence of the staff at this hotel was extremely disappointing especially for New Year's Eve. There was nothing actually wrong with our room or amenities but the poor customer service was enough to avoid a return to this establishment.

Hotel was very well kept; nice room and all OK for air, heat, bed and washroom. Missing an electric kettle so could not make coffee or tea from supplies in the room, asked 3 times to get one, nothing happened. Check in staff all very nice. I was surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and room. The only comment is that I wish I brought my own pillow, the hotel ones were a little too soft. I liked the ease of room heat adjustment.

Everything was fine. The only thing was that parking was free while you stayed only. Was a $7 charge per night that your vehicle was there. Shuttle was just a phone call away.

I was looking for a comfortable hotel, close to the airport, with extended parking and shuttle to the airport. When I booked with Hotels.com I was led to believe this hotel had it all. When I checked in, I was told that there was a surcharge for leaving my car for the extra 48 hours. When I understood that there was an addition $14 charge for the parking, I would have been ok with it, but another man stepped in (I believe it was the owner) and started to argue with me about why I should be charged, although I had been told differently when booking. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful (we checked in quite late in the evening) and courteous. The Continental breakfast was better than most that we've encountered. I strongly recommend staying here if you have occasion to be in the area.

The room was what I was expecting. Large room, comfortable bed, bathroom etc. The public areas were dirty. Business center was a disaster, lobby had newspapers were a week old, breakfast area was kinda gross. Staff was friendly with the exception of the manager in the morning during check out.
