Overall it was a nice stay! Nice location, nice "grounds", only a few downfalls that I didn't like was that wasn't really a "breakfast" and the halls kinda smelled strange! But room was fine! The room smelled bad. It was also very rundown. The kitchen was only equiped for 2 people which makes no sense because it sleeps four. Thankfully, I spent very little time at the hote. On a brighte note the staff were friendly and helpful.

For a 3 day weekend it was a nice stay. Not to fond of the city but I did enjoy my stay at the hotel. They had a very courteous staff and clean room!

The stairwells of the hotel were really smoky, due to everyone smoking in the stairwells. The mattresses in the hotel were really really bad, unless you like sleepying on the floor. The sheets were very worn and torn. Things were clean but certianly not nice, the staff was nice and welcoming.

Everything about this hotel is "adequate". No ameneties, staff OK when they weren't having personal conversations, rooms need to be repainted, but linens seem to be clean.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never go back or stay at any other related properties. My room smelled like cat urine, toliet did not work, extremely dirty, and the staff was nowhere to be found. Do NOT stay here!!!! If you do, you have been warned.

It met my needs. The negative was my room was non-smoking room and it smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. I went and bought air freshner.

I live local and just needed to get away for a few days. The staff were very friendly and the check in was smooth. The room had a strong musty smell, but I did not notice it after a few minutes. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip as a fitness instructor, so a good nights sleep was imperative, but impossible. Well when Arika at the front desk decided to finally get off her cell phone & check me in , she started by belching in front of me, without excuse. Overall a good experience - the property has become a little old. The coffee makers, iron board and the iron need to be replaced with new ones. The TV and programs are not that good. But it is a safe area and good for out of town travellers. The best point is the courteousness of the hotel staff

The price is right. Everything is a bit worn. If I did not have a GPS I could not have found it. The clientele is heavy on the redneck party crowd, pretty noisy at times. Neighborhood is ok, plenty of parking. No amenities other than soap in the room. Only recommend if you can get it cheap.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed in this hotel every week for 2 months. The rooms need updating; bathroom sink drains do not stay open; some hooks on bathroom doors have been missing; burn holes in some blankets and spreads.; tub enclosures are stained and patched in places.

this hotel is located right off i95 but its in a very sketchy neighborhood left me feeling very uneasy and concerned for my safety. Upon checking in we came to the realization that this is used more as an apartment complex than a hotel for visitors. Check in was at 3 but we arrived around 2pm we were promptly checked in and givn our room key. when we […] got to our room and opened the door the beds were unmade there was trash overflowing in the trash can and dirty towels on the floor. we went back down and told the manager and she said "oh ok ill switch you" no im sorry or omg i cant believe that nothing she acted as though that happens all the time. The next room was at least clean how ever there were sugar ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable as well and you could hear the semi trucks from i95 as if you were right there in traffic. This is my 2nd bad experience with extended stay and i will NOT be using them again despite getting a good deal it still wasn't worth the $ we paid i would NOT recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary!
