the hotel was an average Days Inn: one story bungalow style, dated interiors, low-quality towels and bedding. It was fine for a brief run through Montana. The breakfast was average too: hot and cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, toast, waffles. All of the employees were wonderfully helpful and friendly. My only real complain was the pool temperature. I knew it wasn't heated but it was downright cold and my daughter couldn't swim for more than 3 minutes without shivering. There was loud machine type noises all night long. It sounded like toilets being flushed every 5 min. and a washer and dryer going in the next room all night long! It actually made the bed vibrate. Worth the drive off the freeway. A very quiet location. Staff very friendly, the freshly baked warm cookies were a nice touch. The neighborhood is mixed with several casino's nearby, but also near K-Mart, restaurants and fast food.
