A Party of kids were next door in an adjoining room at 11:30pm after a Kings game . We called the front desk and the problem was taken care of - silence! Our stay was great! The beds were a little firmer than I like; they need to get some pillow tops. The room was very clean and there was plenty of hot water. Great locations!

We were supposed to be reserved for two queens, but these were definitely 2 double beds. When I called the front desk on it, they "thought" this room had 2 queens, and unfortunately didn't have any other rooms to offer us. I booked for 2 queen beds but I actually got 2 double beds! We got there late in the evening and had already brought everything into the room. Very exhausted day so did not want to go ask for the correct room. They should have just given us the correct room in the first place!

I requested a disabled room. All amenities were fine except the bathroom door's self closing mechanism made it near impossible to enter the bathroom. I know the front doors to the rooms have to self close by law but that door made it impossible for me to enter my room alone. If there was a special button for entering and exiting it was our of order. […] Otherwise the room had all the bells and whistles for a disabled persons emergency needs. I was impressed. The hotel was clean, comforable and well-suited for my need to have an efficient workspace for several hours. The only limitation was that the cafe was not open over the lunch hour. But, it worked well for a quick, simple breakfast.

The staff were welcoming. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The king sized bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow! It was wonderful! Easy to find, quick off the freeway too.

This is a very good moderate hotel in the south business district of Natomas. Most of the business buildings are empty, but the hotel remains good near a good residential neighborhood. It almost seems brand new. Good rate for a comfortable night stay. They even have a cafe, but no free breakfast. The food is much better.

Rear door entry card swipe not working. A/C thermostat not working, by the time we realized, we only had a few hours to sleep, so did not call for repair. Shuttle did not leave early enough for my flight, requiring my wife to drive me to the airport at 4 AM

We stayed there for four nights. The first room they gave us was on the ground floor in the back parking lot next to the construction trailers where they were remodeling some of the rooms. We changed rooms immediately to a second story room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Much better. The hotel grounds are full of very big mature trees, making […] it very pleasing. The best part was that the river is across the street with restaurants and bars right on the river. Boats pull up to the docks for food and drinks, the happening place for fun. The hotel says that the restaurants are walking distance, which is true. Except that you need to walk on the Garden Hwy and that seemed a little unsafe, so it is eaiser to drive. For food and stores in the area, head north to El Camino and then turn west. All the restaurants and stores that you know. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel lobby was very "cool" looking, very bright and modern. Our room was very clean, and it had a refridgerator and a coffee maker. Everything about our stay was great except the elevators were broken, we just had to get our exercise so it didn't bother us to much.

Smoke detector flashed all night night long. Said they could send up maintenance and put black tape on the "white" smoke detector. At midnight when I'm trying to sleep? Really!? Small bits of trash on the floor. Was it vaccuumed?

The hotel is conveniently located near I5 and I80. My wife left her Kindle in the room. After we call about it, they sent it Priority Mail and we had it very quickly. I would use them again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years and am continually impressed with good customer service and clean rooms. The location is in an industrial area without much around but it is pretty close to Arco arena and not far from plenty of eating/drinking/grocery store spots.

Very very clean!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Decor was very nice! The only thing missing was a hot tub! Bed was very comfortable!
