The room was pleasant and clean but it was difficult to control the temperature and the air conditioner was very noisy. There were a lot of sketchy characters drinking in the parking lot. It was impossible to get an internet connection.

Everything was clean and no issues, my only issue was the internet.....EXTREMELY SLOW INTERNET that YouTube videos would not play without buffering constantly - frustrating and unwatchable.

Adequate hotel for our purposes; not much time spent in room. Beds were much too soft!! Time for replacement.

I thought this was a good quiet clean motel. Nothing special to do here like no swimming pool . Gotta be 18 to use small gym. Internet was really sloooow. But was close to west edmonton mall and I felt safe here.

Pillows were flat compared to other hotels we've recently stayed at (comfort inn Calgary, and ramada Edmonton, and supper 8 Reddeer) also spent the same amount of money and there was no contennental breakfast at this place, unlike the others.

Bathrooms were dirty. Made reservation with 2 queen beds got 2 double beds

Internet wouldn't work even after contacting front desk and trying repeatedly. And room was too hot. Even with ac cranked for a day, and it being winter out. Rooms where nice and clean, would stay again if the Internet works!

The bed was made wrong and there was leftover food from whomever was last in the room.

We stayed here so we could visit West Ed the next day. Fantastic location! Clean hotel and rooms and good service. Despite being an overall fine place to stay, there was no thermometer in our room and the blankets were very thin. We had a terrible sleep because we were freezing.

Room was not properly cleaned, used items were not replaced for second night stay, and hotel was over priced compared to neighboring hotels for what they offer. We ended up switching hotels after second night. We paid simular for our next hotel and were happy with our stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip. Reasonably priced and very nice rooms along with great location it was an amazing getaway.

Very helpful staff. Even told us that there was no parking at the mall, which saved us a lot of time and frustration and provided suggestions on alternatives. Our room was quiet, clean and the beds were super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was within very short driving distance to West Edmonton Mall. This was great because we were there specifically to go on a shopping spree!! The room was big, very clean and recently updated. It was perfect for our needs, to put up our feet, and get a good night's sleep, after a long hard day of retail therapy.

Initially had to wait at check in time of 3pm for room to be ready. Room wasn't completely clean - found old shopping bag behind fridge and piece of duct tape on floor. Room aren't very insulated from noise. Heard closing of door and drunk neighbors all night.

Our bathroom shower/tub drain was plugged and all the water backed up when we tried to shower. At 6am in the morning, a dog was barking outside our room, in the hall. I thought we were in a no-pet, no smoking designated area. The hotel needs to start replacing their mattresses, too soft, no support now. I was a little nervous because it was a relatively low price, but the room turned out to be great! We had a king bed, non-smoking room, and it was spacious and modern with big flat screen tv, very comfy bed, and nice shower and bathtub. We're very pleased with the place, and location almost straight north of West Ed Mall and easy to get to the Yellowhead […] highway. Just pay attention to the one way street on Stony Plain Road when leaving! We recommended this to our parents for when they're going to Edmonton. I am not one to be picky in any way about hotels.... But this hotel is an exception. We arrived and waited at the counter for service. When we got to our room and were settled we noticed our bed comforter had several large white stains.When I called the front counter I was advised that there was only one person on staff for the whole hotel and I was […] talking to her... Meaning I had to carry my comforter down to the front and get a new one. I proceeded to do this and was given a blanket as they had no more clean comforters. When I got back to my room and started making the bed I noticed several large black hairs on the pillows and in the bed making me believe that the bed was not fresh. Not wanting to deal with the poor service we just cleaned the hairs out of the bed. Our stay was two days on the second day after we were out all day and in to the evening we returned to our room to find both keys did not work in the door. We proceeded down to the counter and again waited for service to get our keys reprogrammed. The hotel however is renovated and in a good location but appears they are having some staffing problems. Like I said I am really not a person to tear a hotel apart or complain as i ussually stay in a truck stop hotel. The west harvest hotel is suppose to be a 3 or 4 star and it felt like a weak 1..... even a dirty truck stop motel experience blows this one out of the water. Compared to our last stay here, we found this visit disappointing. The towels and sheets were like sandpaper, the bed comparable to a slab of marble, and the overall cleanliness subpar. There was a long black hair in the towels and what we hope was coffee on the wall in the bathroom. I don't remember the mattress being so hard, but after two nights […] both of us were riddled with back and neck discomfort. Booked for 3 nights. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Bathroom was very clean and was very up to date! Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. The two men working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Ate breakfast and lunch at the Grainfield restaurant attached to the hotel, food and service there were very good. Great location close to West Ed Mall and other stores. Would definitely stay there again.
