This was my second time staying at this hotel for business -- it was excellent. Very comfortable suite, bed, sheets and the most Iiked were the two flat screen, HD televisions in the room. The suites are very spacious and comfortable.

We just stayed one night; the night before flying back and wanted someplace very close to the airport since it was an early flight. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and had nice amenities.

I was only there one night before I started joined my family for a Universal Vacation, but everything was perfect! The suite was large and comfortable and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The fact that the hotel provided shuttle service was an wonderful bonus.

Not bad, but other (newer) surrounding Hotels offer more (i.e. Free Breakfast) and DON'T nickel and dime you for a bunch of services that are now usually free (i.e. Free Wi-Fi)! The location is convenient as it is close to the airport. Overall condition is fine, but there are some signs of wear and tear...the door on the room across the hall from us […] looked as if a dog had chewed on it! Some lights in our room were burnt out, the pull out sofa was not the most comfortable I've slept on etc...There are a TON of other hotels to choose from in the area along with restaurants and other amenities etc...The Sheraton does offer free parking (and a shuttle service to/from Airport), but charging almost $10 for Wi-Fi service is ridiculous especially when offering it free at other Hotels has thankfully become the "norm"! They also don't offer a free morning breakfast....so not the best bang for your buck. Like I said...there are a bunch of other hotels in the area so shop around! Pročitajte više

One thing that would have improved my stay would have been a hair dryer in the room. I was surprised not to have one, as most places of your quality do provide that.

Very nice facility and very good customer service. Shuttle drivers were excellent. I was a bit surprised that they charged for the internet. It's been a long time since I paid for hotel wi-fi.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable. The negative was that the sink was backing up with what I am guessing was toilet water from the smell. Didn't notice it till very late the one night we stayed and we had a very early flight the next morning so we didn't ask to get a new room. Just avoided using the sink for any reason. […] Mentioned it upon check out, so I am hopeful the issue is resolved now. They did call maintainance as soon as I told the folks at the front desk. Truly amazing when you can get Wi-Fi at McDonald's free to charge guests 15 for wi-fi here is ridiculous, not to mention not even a continental breakfast included, but you can shell out 14 for generic buffet. I loved it...I wish I could have stayed longer. The accomodations were absolutely lovely and very comfortable; the fitness room was the nicest I've ever used in a hotel; food selection in the restaurant was small, but the taste of the dishes we ordered was delicious; staff was very helpful and friendly!

We checked into our room and it had a slite Oder and they moved us! Great! The elevator did not wor from 8pm until after we checked out! Bad,,, they should have at least put a sign up that it wasn't working rather than have us stand there and figure it out for ourselves!

The hotel is conveniently located to Orlando Intl airport. Sheraton shuttle picked us up within 20 minutes of calling them. Depending upon the flight patterns at the time, airport noise can be pretty noticeable but didn't bother me too much. In addition to other hotels, there are a few restaurants within a reasonable walking distance if you're hungry. […] Overall decor was nice, relatively modern in both the lobby and room (at least our room). Hotel itself was clean however I had to deduct a point for smelly pillows. It was clear that a smoker had burried his/her head in my pillow at some point, leaving a nasty odor. Housekeeping should have noticed and disposed of it. My primary gripe was with the hotel's Internet service. The Itinerary printout I recieved from Expedia stated Internet access was "complementary" but it turns out it's free ONLY if your seated within their lobby. If you wanted wireless coverage in your room, that cost additional. I don't know if this was Expedia's oversight or my own for not going to the hotel's website to verify the included amenities. The hotel had more amenities than we could use for our over-night stay. Was especially pleased with the on-site lounge and restaurant. The food was excellent. The staff brought over 4 varieties of wine for me to taste, since I had not tried any of the brands and wasn't sure which one I would like. I would definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel very last minute and I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of my room. Starbucks coffee in the room. Great gym (small - but I was able to get in a great workout). The bathtub was the older type. The bed was very comfortable, although I wish they had thinner pillows (strictly my preference). I didn't call the front desk […] so I am not sure if pillow selection was an option. I had a nice breakfast at the cafe and ordered off the menu instead of doing the buffet. This is a dog friendly hotel, so make sure you ask for a floor or section that is animal free if happy barking dogs bother you. The location of this hotel is a great convience for travelers. Overall I was pleased with the room and service. Hotel is in good condition, I gave a three almost four stars. Problem is you have to pay for Internet/ Wi-fi service. Come on man!!

While they were kind enough to let us have access to our room, even though we were many hours early for check-in, there were many problems with this hotel. Our room wasn't cleaned properly (found shirt pins on the floor) and it smelled very musty, as if there were a mold problem; almost everywhere we looked seemed to have water damage of some kind, […] either in the walls or the ceiling. Used the laundry facilities, and there were huge chunks of wall missing, and you could hear dripping water behind the ice machine located in the laundry room (laundry prices were extremely reasonable, and I was very grateful to have it available). The elevator sounded as if it were on it's last legs, and smelled like old curry (i LOVE curry, just don't want to smell it at 7:00 a.m.). The shuttle staff were fabulous, friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant/tuck shop staff as well, except for one surly lady who took my order. I had said 'keep the change', she ignored me and dumped it on the bar. Her fellow worker repeated to her that I had said to keep the change, and she replied to him rather curtly that she was 'obligated to give back all change, no matter what the customer said'. She then proceeded to clean tables, instead of getting the drink that I had ordered. I had to ask another server to get it for me. My brothers room was decorated a lot different than mine. I would suggest decorating all the rooms like room 112. It was beautiful and updated and very comfortable to just sit and relax in there. Loved it!!!!

Two negative, 1) expensive room service and 2) they were very slow on picking us up at the airport from when they said they would be there (30 Minutes). Other than that it was just as advertised. I would stay here again.

Our flight was delayed due to hurricane Sandy. While waiting to disembark the cruise ship (our actual vacation), I looked up available hotels and chose the Sheraton. Aside from the 3.75 hour wait to get into our room (45 min of that was after the posted check in time), and slow service in the bar, the stay was great. The room was lovely and initially looked clean however when I went into the bathroom there was a used dirty facecloth hanging from the shower rack which I left there thinking that it had been overlooked in the clean up. The next day after the room had been cleaned it was still there and I went down to tell the front desk which itself was a journey as […] the elevator for that portion of the hotel was closed for maintenance both days we were there. The clerk offered to "comp" breakfast for the left behind laundry. We had eaten there the day before and found the food pretty average and overpriced but were not going to turn down a free buffet. It was a lovely day so we noticed that several of the outdoor tables had the remains of other peoples breakfast (plates) even though there was a sign that said no glassware in the pool area - it looked like it was not an enforced rule so we headed outside to enjoy our "free" breakfast. An employee came by and was very condescending about our eating on the deck and said we were not to do it again. So that was the final taste we were left in our mouth - literally. So to tally up the stay the room/suite was better than expected and well appointed with a delightful fireplace and sitting area. The bed very comfortable and the area quiet.
