I stayed one night for a business trip. It was a good stay, clean room, and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. No frills, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was included. The hot breakfast items were not great, but there were cereals, fruits, juice and coffee and that was plenty for me. Our room had a working TV, coffee maker and blow-dryer. "OMG!!! Bad Area and Hotel stunk of smoke and vomit"
This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Checked in at 4pm, went to room, hallway had odor of smoke. Saw many people standing around in hallways talking, smoking (non-smoking floor). Worst is the smell was not cigarette smoke.... Went to room to take a shower for my dinner meeting, shower had soap buildup where guest place the soap, just dirty. "close to family in the area"
I thought the overall experience was good. My husband was kept up by the bowling alley next door, but I was not. There were certain areas in the hallway that had peculiar, unpleasant smells, but our room was fine. The bedspread could have been fresher smelling, but the rest of the bedding was great. The hotel was neat and clean. It kind of had an old feeling and it felt a lil crabby like it needed to be dusted. The hot breakfast was horrible! Overall I think its worth the price, the workers are NOT very friendly they act as if you arent even there. The hotel was perfect for the rating it got up to the last day. I woke to find a letter under my door stating the hot water heater was done and they would try and get it fixed. Be cautious about this place. My Mom and I stayed 2 nights in separate, adjoining rooms rooms in very late July. Easily accessed location from highway. Place is quiet and beds comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly but this place is VERY basic. Vending only on ground floor (our rooms were on 2). Bath water in my mom's room was silty, and […] warm, but not HOT. We reported to staff who could not fix. Coffee and ammenities not replenished until requested, in either room. Tissue supply out upon arrivel (e. g. room not really ready for new guest). My room was not vaccuumed well ~ I accidentally dropped some chips, and crumbs remained the next day.... I have extreme reservations about staying again; I would only if I had no other option. "WORST COMFORT INN EVER"
I RECENTLY STAYED IN THE COMFORT INN BUT IN A DIFFERENT STATE AND IT WAS VERY NICE SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THIS ONE A TRY. THE CHECK IN PROCESS WAS HORRIBLE, THE FRONT DESK LADY DURING THE DAY TIME WAS RUDE, AND UN FRIENDLY.. SHE DEMANDED I PAY AN $100 DEPOSIT FOR WHICH I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THERE WASNT EVEN A MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE IN THE ROOM? NOT EVEN […] A CLOSET. WHAT COULD BE WORTH THAT IN THE ROOM? SECOND THE FLOOR FELT STICKY, AND KEPT MY SHOES ON THE WHOLE TIME. THERE WERE SKETCHY FOLKS HANGING AROUND SITTING IN CARS OUTSIDE.. I stayed for 10 days. The front desk staff was friendly and worked hard to make sure my stay was pleasant. The housekeeping staff, while cleaning my room, discarded a bunch of stuff that should not have been discarded (unopened food items mostly). This hotel offered the best price for type of quality room you get compared to other hotels. It was clean, staff were quite friendly, and the hotel itself felt "safe." They offer a continental breakfast with juice, tea, coffee, muffins, cereal, and waffles. No hot food except for the gravy & biscuits. There is a small work out room and a large hot tub.
