"Disneyland"
The hotel was great and so close to Disneyland. Only took us 10 minutes to Disneyland. Breakfast was great and the room was really nice. Our only complaint was that it was cold during our stay and the hot tub closed before we got back.

"Best Western in Westminster, CA"
The hotel was a great deal and close to Disneyland and the beach. Parking was EXTREMELY limited - one night there weren't any parking spots left and the gentleman working the desk ended up moving his car so we could park there. But other than the lack of parking spaces, it was a great experience. The breakfast was really good, and even though they said […] they stopped serving at 9am, they kept the food out and we were able to get a late breakfast one day. The hotel even provides trays for you to take your breakfast back to your room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I didn't see any problems with our room. Stayed one night on a business trip. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the towels a little thin,the rate reasonable, and the continental breakfast was nice! I'll definitely return.

"clean, friendly, and "safe feeling""
the hotel staff did a great job taking care of our room during our stay. not too much "traffic" that you sometimes find in a large urban area hotel.

"PERFECT HOTEL FOR BUSINESS TRAVELER"
I WAS THERE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES BUT THE LOCATION WAS 15 MINS FROM DOWNTOWN DISNEY AND 45 MINS FROM DOWNTOWN SO I WENT TO BOTH. ALSO 45 MINUTES FROM LAX AIRPORT. NOT MANY FRILLS BUT BIG, CLEAN ROOM AT A VERY DECENT RATE. I WOULD DEFENITELY COME BACK.
"Bathroom wall and tile needs repairs"
This is an average motel room, nothing special. the front desk personnel were always friendly and polite. Pool area looked nice. Bathroom needed some attention to the wall and door jam as it had water damage, crumbly sheetrock and tile damage. Needs to be looked after better........tile floor could be cleaner. I really didn't like coming back from breakfast […] and finding the door wide open for anyone to come in and go through our luggage or take what they wanted. There were other guests walking around and if they had wanted to, they could have. Also, the night before we left, a bus load of very rude Asian people checked in and at 5:30 - 6:00 a.m. they were yelling and laughing as they walked to and from the lobby to get their free breakfast!! The front desk apologized, but what could they do?? We needed to get our rest too, but others thought it necessary to make as much noise as they could, while walking around at that time of morning! My stay was quite enjoyable. The only problem would be the sound of children running up and down the walkway outside of the rooms at 8 in the morning, but that's nothing to do with the hotel, just poor parenting. The continental breakfast was well stocked and easily accessible, the pool was very clean and the rooms were well maintained.

Good, clean room. Everything works. I really did not have any problem. Breakfast time is between 6-9 AM. If you reach after 8:45, you may not get much choice though. Pool/Spa is good. We went to the Disneyland. It is 20 minutes from the Disneyland Resort. Fast food places and Wal-mart is nearby. My daughter loved it.

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the beds. The room appeared clean, but the beds were not. Beds had hair on the sheets, dry skin that she-dded, over all sheets were not clean. Also the bed had blood stains on the mattress side and had other stains. Would not stay there again. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and the price was decent. They could use more parking, but no real problems.

I stayed there because it was closer to the area that I had business in. The phone line in the room did not work, I had to go down to the lobby at night to get what I needed. They said someone would look into that in the morning but I did not see any. This hotel is located right next to a pawn shop and the surrounding neighborhood isn't that great either. The girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the fridge didn't work properly. There was a lot of midnight traffic and you could hear the people next to you very clearly. The free breakfast […] was decent. Overall, the price is low for a reason, but if you're looking for a cheap place to stay while you're at knotts/disneyland then this hotel should be ok. "Clean and cute ike the pictures!"
We had a great stay, the hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable, everything works properly. It really looks like the pictures, no smells or dirty hallways. Bathrooms impecable. Is great!

I check in at the hotel and mentioned for a non smoking room. The front desk say you have the non smoking room. We when into the room it smell like a smoking room. I went to the front desk told them that I wanted a non-smoking not a smoking room. she ignore my request and say that all she have and it non-smoking. very bad service also

I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It is a little further away from the freeway than I thought it would be, but just far enough to make it quiet. The room was very clean and had all the amenities, including a fridge and microwave! The pool and jacuzzi were crystal clear and just the right temp.
