We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. This hotel wasn't as good as most Wyndham's we've stayed at. The hotel was nice. The bed was super comfortable. Linens were super fresh; as was the attitudes of the staff! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were not Available when we checked in after 3, but we only waited approximately 30 minutes. I have enjoyed staying in the Wyndham Westshore before, but this time, our room needed new sheets, towels, toilet paper and cleaning and when we returned at night - it was exactly as we had left it in the morning. "Great if you avoid the in hotel restaurant."
Everything was great despite a boil water alert affecting all of Tampa our entire stay there. The hotel did provide bottled water to help. The restaurant service is terrible. We wanted the buffet breakfast before our flight, and we needed to be done within 30 minutes. We stood at the hostess stand where it gave the price of the buffet and no one greeted […] us. Employees looked at us, but no one sat us or told us to go ahead and eat. We finally just grabbed a plate and went to the buffet and then sat ourself. Again, several employees looked at us but no one would make eye contact or serve us. We could not find silverware anywhere and we had to seek out an employee for silverware and beverages. The food was terrible, biscuits like rocks, gravy greasy, etc. There are many restaurant options within a short distance of the hotel, so avoid this place. "This is a 2 star not more"
Well the first night the comforter smelled of urine. That was horrible. The thermostat in the room you can't set at a direct tempature. Because we got a hotel at a discount rate we got a room on the second floor that had no view, all we saw when we open the draps was a wall it was about 10 feet from the window it was a roof to the side of the building. […] We had no view for the first time in Tampa it was not what I was expecting really not satisfied. The only thing I can say was good was the service of the people working at the hotel they were friendly and curtius. I will never book at this hotel again no matter the price. "Too roll away or go away??"
Beware!! if you need a roll away in a standard room they will not do it. We did not know until check in that we could not use the roll away in the standard room we had reserved. There were five of us as a family and had to get two rooms to accommodate us all. If you have a family of five I would suggest not using this hotel unless you want to pay for […] two rooms. Unfortunately, due to fire codes, we are restricted from placing an additional bed in a room that already contains two double-sized beds. "Dissapointing"
Not a real Wyndham, it appears that they took over an older property and just put their name on it. The overall decor is dated and the lobby "resturant" has very limited selections. "Friendly staff"
My boyfriend and I traveled to Tampa for a Saints game and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is minutes away from many restaurants, shopping & Raymond James stadium. Big plus was the free shuttle service offered to guests to any nearby destination. All staff were super friendly and attentive. "Great hotel..."
The hotel room was clean.. the hotel staff was very helpful... The free shuttle brings you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel - so it was convenient and saved a lot of money in taxi fares. "One Night Exstravaganza"
Overall our stay was comfortable, we were pretty much just there to sleep. We did spend some time in the pool area, it very clean. Room service was okay, not a great deal of options and kinda pricey. Thankfully we only needed a room for one night, in our opinion the price was a little steep. The location was pretty good though, walking distance from […] the mall and Walgreens. "Good Value"
The room was very nice except for the shower area of the bathroom. The rest of the room looked to be remodeled and very updated. The shower seemed old and outdated. "Just ok"
As i entered my room the heat was blasted on high... it took 2 hours to cool down the room... not very comfortable. Also, what hotel has a gym that closes at 10pm? This was ridiculous and most egregious of my issues with this hotel.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju
