The hotel is rated as 4 Star but the staff are ALL 5 Star. For location (snorkelling off the beach), comfort, friendliness, service, I can't imagine a better place.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were like little chalets and you had to walk through many different pathways and gardens to get there. It was beautiful, but a little confusing trying to find your way through it to the beach or main area (felt like I was in a maze). My daughter and I just spent five nights at the Hilton Fayrouz and it was a perfect holiday. We both wanted to have a complete rest so we barely left the hotel complex. Everything was close by - our room overlooked a large pool. It was a couple of minute to breakfast, a minute more to the beach and there was a nice choice of bars and restaurants scattered […] around. Have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hilton Fayrouz Resort. The service we received from the minute we arrived at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The resort was immaculate and very well maintained. We had a lovely clean and spacious room overlooking the gardens. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Got back yesterday after a week at the Hilton Fayrouz. Had a fab time with family of 7. Hotel accommodation in bungalows among beautifully maintained gardens. Sense of peace and quiet regardless of the time of day. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff excellent and tried so hard to please. Breakfast choices were good. Hotel public areas extremely well kept […] and clean. Beautiful pools only one heated but never had to wait for sunbed. Lots of places to sit quietly and let the world go by. Location of hotel excellent. Walking distance to all of Naama bay and town areas. Right on private beach. Lots of excursion desks to choose from. Felt really safe and looked after. Would definately return to this property. Some updating needed in bathrooms (shower curtain torn/grouting needs replacing) but overall definately worth 4 stars and excellent for families. Second time here and i do like it. If however you are a light sleeper you will have a problem with the noise at night from the entertainment and if you are a fussy eater you will find the food " cafe like " I like it though

Hotel is showing its age but in the main is satisfactory but below normal "Hilton" standard. Bathrobes and beach towels so worn out should heve been "binned" years ago. I spent a week at the resort with my wife and her father who was celebrating his 80th Birthday. I have stayed at many Hilton's around the world, including others in Egypt and this resort is as good as anything I have experienced in Egypt. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent and the private beach large and first class, we never had a problem […] getting sun loungers. The breakfast buffet is top notch, and better than many more expensive hotels I have stayed at in other parts of the world. We were lucky to get an upgrade as Hilton Honors members. We asked for a late check-out, but this wasn't available for our room. After some negotiation through Hilton Honors, we were able to move to a standard room for the late check-out on the last day. This room was fine for the purpose, but nowhere near as nice as the upgraded room! I'm very glad […] we had the added benefits through the Honors scheme - it made a massive difference to our stay. We had a lovely snack in the bar by the main pool and service was good. However lunch in the Pirates Bar was really disappointing. We waited ages (even by Egyptian standards) and the food was disappointing. Our main reason for staying here was the great location. The Hotel is ideally located for short stroll to Nama bay for the buzzing nightlife. Absolutley loved our stay at the Hilton Fayrouz Resort! Staff are very friendly, clean lovely rooms, beach just a minute away. Stayed here for 2 weeks, and must say i miss it dearly. The hotel has a fabulous location right on the beach. The beach itself is amazing. There are lots of comfortable sun loungers and the bar staff provide service to your lounger. Spent 5 nights here. Good private beach with plenty of space and loungers. Very good corals and fish to see when snorkelling off the beach. Good location in as far as it's a nice, short walk to the centre and you don't have to cross the 'M25' as it's 'beach' side not 'mountain' side, but the downside is that the neighbouring hotels are very noisy. The beach is disturbed by loud music from each side, so choose a spot in the middle to minimise noise. We were kept awake on 3 out of the 6 nights […] we were there by nightclub/beach party? #couldn't get a straight answer out of the guys on reception#. Two nights the music stopped at 3am, the other night it was 4am. I was in tears the third night as we were just clock watching with ear plugs in hoping it would be a 3am and not a 4am finish. The music was so loud that you could feel the beat vibrating in your chest. I had emailed in advance and asked for a room in a quiet location on the complex and we were put in room 219 #two rows out of 3 back from the front and the main road and more or less in the middle - so basically probably the most 'insulated' location. We phoned reception on the first time and were told it was a beach party and they'd phoned the police but apparently they'd got a licence. The next two times, we voiced our concern at reception the next morning but were told there was nothing they could do about 'the nightclub'. We were really frustrated as we'd gone to the Red Sea to dive and were leaving at 5.30am to dive the Thistlegorm wreck and 6am for another trip. Therefore, we were shattered and grumpy - not what you pay £££s on a holiday for. :-( Pročitajte više

Lovely hotel. The grounds are beautiful with four small swimming pools scattered around between bungalows. Staff generally helpful. The rooms could do with a bit of upgrading, but nothing major, just a bit dated. I would opt for breakfast only next time. As a family with infant and children we had booked four non smoking rooms and had requested to be as close as possible to each other. Our request was well met but with some disappointment. One of the rooms was a smoking room of which we were not informed while checking in. When informing of the situation, we were told that as the hotel was fully booked, […] they could not make a suitable switch. We had thus to live in the smoking room for three nights. Great hotel, fabulous location with lovely beach and very close to Na'ama Bay centre. Well maintained grounds and staff friendly and hard working. There was some maintenance taking place (painting, replacing door frames) however this was minor and probably in time for peak season. The room was very nice and cleaned to a high standard. Lovely bed decorations […] left every day. Bathroom a little tired and could do with some refurbishment but nothing that detracted from our stay. Excellent breakfast and lovely bar on the beach promenade. If you are diving there is the house reef (Sinai Diver's) where we saw fabulous huge green turtles and could dive unescorted. Great spot that is close near the airport (don't let the taxi drivers convince you otherwise - about 15 minutes away at the most). Nice villas on the beach and very convenient walk to shops and restaurants.
