My girlfriend and I came for a shopping outting. The hotel was centrally located with easy access for all we came to see. Nice pool but I wish it stayed open a little longer. Great price, not a fancy place but very adequate.

This property could be nice but the rooms are very run down. Our room had nasty carpet dirty with a huge red stain, peeling wall paper, whole bath ceiling drywall damage. The shower curtain we fought the whole weekend getting water all over the floor. Whoever does their maintenance should be terminated. The front counter personnel were extremely nice […] and helpful going out of their way with info and local tidbits.. Could be a great property if they would do what's required inside units. Toilet did not work/flush the entire 3 days (with maintenance), remote for the TV did not always work, giant iron burn in the middle of the carpet...gym was a busted joke!!! And just generally really outdated. Never again. The price was super high because of coachella, lower in comparison to other places, but NOT worth it. Eew.

I got my Coachella Music Festival tickets pretty late, so most of the hotels were booked or ridiculously overpriced. This was the least expensive hotel so i booked it, not expecting too much. I ended up really enjoying my stay here. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. I am sorry to say, that I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. When I checked in, I got the key to my room. I went to the room and when I opened the door there was someone else already in that room and it was a MESS!!!!! This hotel is quite old, something from the 70's. Everything in the room was very small, the bathroom was for little people!!

There is an unevenness to Quality Inns. Some are very nice and well maintained, others like this one in Palm Springs are poorly maintained and not well cleaned. Why no breakfast??

Everything was in order when we got there; room was clean, pool was heated staff was very nice. One small problem was that they mistakedly checked us out a day before we were supposed to leave, but that was quickly remedied, although we didn't get our room cleaned that day despite promise to do so (it was late afternoon by the time we returned and discovered […] the mistake. We stayed two nights (Sat, sun) during spring break, so the place was full. Check in was uneventful, the front desk was polite. Didn't notice beforehand but no complementary breakfast was offered. They did have coffee in a thermos in the lobby. The stay was ok for the cheap price. They did give us a10% discount for Carrows next door. That is another […] story, but generally not a great experience there. The rooms were very small, the bathroom appeared clean but smelled like mildew. There was no microwave, the refrigerator was very cold and froze my leftovers. Then i couldn't eat the leftovers cuz nothing to heat then up in. The hotel is dog friendly no extra charge if your dog is good (no damage, or accidents, or excessive shedding). There is a nice large grassy area out back to walk and play with the dog. The pool was large and lots of chairs. Had a nice weekend, might splurge for better room next time though. Pročitajte više

The hotel room was definitely dated, but it was still a good value. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The grounds were well maintained as well. My only complaint is that they ran out of clean pool towels, and no one checked them regularly to even notice.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice to have frig in room and a restaurant in parking lot. Nice and well heated pool. Hotel is dated and a little tired looking on outside.

It was a great value. However the pillows were very high, and that put a strain on my neck. Also there's no target temperature control-- either you're warming or cooling the room-- you can't keep it at a target temperature.

Room was clean, pool was nice, price was good for the area. For an older hotel this was ok, room had fridge and microwave with a safe. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for one night during the finals weekend of the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. The location is about 20 minutes from the Tennis Gardens, and proved to be an excellent choice for our stay.

Shower head in our room was pretty leaky, outside noise came through walls/windows too easily, and structure could use maintenance. Strong internet connection. comfortable room. Refrigerator froze everything. Like most hotels, they put up a sign saying that, in order to save water, if you leave your towels on the rack, it means you will continue to use it. Someone needs to tell housekeeping about that policy. I got fresh towels everyday and I left them hanging up every day.

We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel was easy to find, had 2 queen beds (not dbls) per room, 4 fluffy pillows/bed, quiet, everything worked, next to a Carrow's, and fairly close to our event (Palm Springs Swim Center). A little shabby, a great price. We would definitely stay here again.

I was worried at first, just because the outside of the buildings look like they need painting, but everything else was fine. The staff are especially nice, rooms very clean, everything is there, the beds are comfortable and the outside pool area is quiet, very clean and sunny areas. The rates were quite reasonable.

Old style 2 floor walk up with outside door, smallish room, and few and not such great electrical outlets. But it is. Great location and has a beautiful view. Was quiet and comfy. Not elegant, but I would stay there again for an overnight. Staff was not real friendly, but didn't,t do nothing wrong.

Pros: Close to race start. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Room had a musty smell. Dirty bath towels were left on the floor and no fresh bath towels. The rest of the room was clean and the bed made with fresh sheets. The friendly staff gave us hot bath towels fresh from the dryer so it all worked out.

In desperate need of renovation. Definitely not up to the "Quality Inn" standard (We kept joking that it was the Kwality w/a K Inn.) However, it was clean, cheap, and in a good location. Functional hotel, but nothing fancy.

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. The only thing of concern was that the door did not seem to close proper and seemed to be loose and falling off the hinges. Safety in the area was not a concern so didn't request a room change. Pool and hot tub areas were nice.

Was a very old hotel. Need new pillows.Blankets had cigarette burns in them. Could have used more blankets as was very cold. Tv was old. For the same price we have stayed far better hotels from Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada and Arizona in the same 2 week period.Need new flat screen tv too.

The hotel was good. They gave a discount for the restaurant (Carrows) for breakfast. The only issue I had was I booked a room with 2 queens for me and my son, but when we checked in they wanted to give us a king bed. So they gave us a handicap room with a queen and a full.
