Thank you very much for the very proffessional way of welcoming us. Room and bathroom were very clean and we always had someone at the reception ready to give explanations and to help, very polite, speaking several languages. We will soon come to Frankfurt again and no doubt that we will choose again for the same place to overnight.

I was staying overnight for my next flight no much to evaluate but overall hotel is well maintain and manage.

I thought this was a good hotel but it was a little frustrating that they had sold my room when I arrived a 10pm, particularly given I had paid for it! They did deal with this well and get me in the following evening so no real complaints on that front.

A good hotel with very good customer service. The only downside is that we needed to use taxis to get everywhere which after a while started to get expensive.

Not cleaned reasonably. The house keeping are a little bit rude. We had some issues in the restaurant (they delivered the wrong order, but at the end they compensated in a different way). Front desk employees are very nice and provided good support.

The issue in this hotel is that the room was not cleaned ! The cleaning services were really bad and the employees were not so educated. The hotel is far from downtown, but this was not a problem because we took the train and it was easy. The restaurant services was not that good, but reasonable.

Family of 5 travelling around Europe - this was an overnight stay and we found staff to be friendly and helpful. We arrived mid-morning and even though we were unable to check in until 2pm we were able to park the car in the underground park and then attend the International Motor Show, which was why we were in Frankfurt. The hotel was 3-5 mins walk […] from the exhibition area and staff were very helpful in providing maps and information relating to the exhibition. Once we came back to our rooms we found them large, airy and comfortable. Great for overnight or extended stay, however it is not really central to the main Frankfurt city area. This was not a problem to us as we had a car, and for those who need to rely on public transport the hotel is very close to train, tram and bus network. The staff is nice. They were going to charge me for using the internet, but they told me that I could sign up for this A-club membership and they would give it to me for free. So I did it. When i arrived in the room, the curtain was on the floor. Apparently the rod broke. I called the reception, and they came to fix it right away. The room was clean […] but very simple. There is a red stain on the carpet which was not removed and made the room looks unclean. Some receptionists were not friendly and gave me an annoyance look when I ask for something. Lack of smile especially when the reception was busy.

Enjoyed my two nights, staff was great and even allowed us to checkin early after a trans-Atlantic flight. The hotel by walking standards is a bit out of the way. There is a train station in the vacinity but restaurants and other point of attraction are somewhat out of the way. Still highly recommended and would stay here again.

Helpful staff. Close to transportation. Train noise mostly unnoticed. Loud when hall windowwas open; we simply closed the window. Reasonable price. Will stay again.

It is a great hotel, its location is focused on business related more than tourist attraction. I would be there again because you really can rest during the night, despite it is just in front of train tracks.

Very clean hotel. Staff was very helpful mapping everything out for me on the free map they gave me. The breakfast was the best. Very quiet room. Was far enough away from the city bustle but 1 block from bus and trolly service. Will stay again when I return to Frankfurt.

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was extremely generous and deliciuos. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable of the area. Area was quiet and I slept like a baby. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the price, condition and staff.

Unser Besuch im Novotel Frankfurt City war auch mit zwei Kindern sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer was groß und auch mit Fön, Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett, und Wasserkocher (samt gratis Schnellkaffee, Tee, usw.) bestückt. Das Frühstücksbuffet was sehr gut bestückt und alles war lecker. Dafür war es auch nicht billig. Am besten in Voraus bestellen. Man kann sicher […] und gratis auf des Strasse parken, aber während Geschäftszeiten sind wegen PKWs der Berufstätigen keine Parkplätze zu finden. Dann muß man kostenplichtig in der Tiefgarage parken. Von dem Hotel aus kann man leicht zu Fuß zum Senckenberg Museum, Palmengarten, usw. Auch die S-Bahn ist dicht dran. Im ganzen ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Pročitajte više

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten das Hotel für den Marathon früh genug gebucht. So hatten wir einen super Preis , Frühstück incl. . Aussedem gibt es Frühstück Sonntags bis 13 Uhr. Kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn man was in der Nähe der Messe sucht. Parkplätze sind auch genügend in der Umgebubg zu finden. Durchaus gut bis sehr gut in allen Belangen. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältniss. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes schlicht und elegant eingerichtetes Zimmer mit allem Comfort den man sich wünscht. Der Preis für das Frühstück (€18.00 pp) ist schon etwas unverschämt, aber muss man ja nicht dazubuchen. Schöne und preiswerte Cafés mit Genießerfrühstück für den halben Preis oder weniger gibt's genug in der Gegend. Außerdem kann man sich die Parkgebühr ruhig […] sparen. Wir hatten keine Probleme einen Parkplatz an der Straße direkt vor der Tür zu finden. Der Preis für das Hotelzimmer an sich ist sehr angemessen. Personal sehr freundlich! Pročitajte više

Bra hotell med meget bra frokostbuffet. To-tre stopper med T-bane så er man i sentrum av Frankfurt som er vel verdt et besøk.

Abgesehen von der günstigen Lage kann man das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die Preise im Hotel sind auch moderat, also ist das Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!

Hotel recht neu; daher hell und luftig. Kostenloses Internet an MAC-Rechnern mit Zeitbeschränkung - das vermeidet, dass jemand diese stundenkang in Anspruch nimmt. Zimmer geräumig. Für meine nächsten Frankfurt-Besuche immer das Novotel.

Top: Super Frühstücksbuffet / sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Damen am Empfang / Zimmer und Bad sauber / Sauna kostenlos und sauber, inkl. Tücher, Bademäntel und Hausschuhe / alles in allem empfehlenswert / Tram 3 Gehminuten entfernt Flop: Warme Speisekarte, abends besser auswärts essen
