Very nice hotel to stay in staff were very polite and helpful, room was a good size but the bath was way way to small it was disappointing but the stay was excellent overall

The staff were extremely pleasant and eager to assist. Arriving on a bitterly cold, snowy evening we were greeted with warm hand towels at the desk to help revive us. Our double room had only one bedside table but this was remedied as soon as we reported it.

Loved our stay. Great beds, free wifi, flat screen tv, wonderful soaps and lotions. Impressive gym with everything you could need, but very cold pool. Location was nice. We took a taxi from King's Cross (8 pounds), took the tube everywhere else, as the Bond St. Station was no more than a 5 min walk. Oxford Street with tons of shopping was right by the […] tube station. Starbucks, bakeries, and restaurants are right outside the hotel. The service was wonderful. Hotel is at quite a good location, very close to oxford street. Staff is very nice and courteous. Food is good, though they ran out of all their desserts(6 options) which were available 24 hours as per room service menu. Bathrooms are very tiny. there is no view from room you just see another building and that too very close.

Really good, lovely hotel. Quiet surroundings and great amenities, the gym was outstanding and lovely pool. The bed was really comfy although the bathroom was a little small and the hotel staff treated us really well.

We stayed here the night of our wedding, having chosen the hotel for its high rating and convenient location near our venue, and were expecting a nice relaxing stay. The air conditioning did not work though, and it was the hottest day of the year! A maintenance man did fix it on the morning that we were checking out, but this was obviously of little […] consolation. We were offered a free upgrade by the manager at check out to use during our NEXT stay(!), but this seemed scant consolation for an expensive sleepless night. At that point, we were too tired to argue, and just wanted to get out of there, and get on with our day. Had a proper attempt been made to make up for this problem, we'd have felt better about our stay though as most other things were fine. ...the ac drove us mad. it went off and off all the time and each time it restarted, there was this LOUD thump, thump, thump (about 5-6 times)..it was so loud that it actually woke us up twice. i ended up turning the ac off just so we could get some sleep. i would have changed my room but this was at midnight and i had to get up at 6 to head to the […] airport. Rooms and bathrooms are small, like most other london hotels, space is a premium...however, the hotel makes up in superior service ( very personalized, very warm, friendly and helpful) and in location. Close to Bond Street station and Oxford Street shopping. Lots of eateries close by as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at the Marylebone Hotel. The location is perfect - just a couple of blocks off of Marylebone High Street and within easy walking distance of the Tube. The staff is attentive and very nice. The hotel is quiet, the rooms well appointed and the bathrooms modern.

i chose the hotel because i am an expedia elite member and this is an expedia elite hotel. The hotel had a comforting feeling and in good location in London. However, there was one incident that will cause me to never go back there. One night we were going to sleep and we lifted the sheet covers and there was a band-aid and blood on the sheets!! Luckily […] we saw it before we went to bed. We informed Conceirge who just gave us a replacement sheet and advised us that housekeeping would come first thing in the morning. The hotel NEVER really acknowledged what happened and just said sorry a few times. My room was very small. Wondered was it was "superior" to? I honestly thought I was getting something above standard. Hotels hallways very dark and narrow. There was a lot of outside noise at times - actually woke me up one morning very early. My price did not include breakfast and my room did not have a coffee machine - although it did have a kettle […] for instant coffee. Location was convenient for me. The adjoining health club was a big plus. Also could not get ice, but that might be a British thing and not particular to this hotel. We stayed at this hotel 28-30th Dec and were really pleased, well worth the price for a London hotel! Staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. Tiny bathroom, as other people have already pointed out, but very functional and clean. Good location, we will definitely try to stay here again, when in London!

We stayed at the Marylebone Hotel for one night in December. The atmosphere of the hotel is very classy, modern and buzzy. The Superior room (although I believe this is actually their basic room) was lovely. A decent size with everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed with good linen and pillows. The bathroom was small but perfectly […] formed. No bath - but generous shower. However, because of the size of the bathroom, the door, when opened, filled the whole litlle room and proved a bit of a nuisance. Service was excellent. Reception and check-in/out was very efficient. There was only one robe in the room but a second was brought within minutes of my request and there was a follow-up call to make sure we'd received it. We asked reception to store our bags upon checkout as we wanted to go shopping. All handled perfectly and we were then offered complimentary bottles of water to take with us. We had a drink in the bar - which is fine. The barmen are knowledgable. However, there was some very irritating background music of which you could only hear the repetitive bass - with the same track playing over and over. Also, I'm not sure a big screen showing darts is what I'm looking for in the bar of a 5* hotel. There are other very comfortable, beautifully furnished areas within the hotel itself to sit and have a drink, though. Would definitely return to and recommend this hotel. Pročitajte više

This hotel is really first rate and in a lovely, close-in area making links to other parts of London very convenient. The new sports club/fitness center is now open and truly extraordinary. I would use this hotel just for that reason. Plus the staff was always pleasant and very responsive.
