"great, but not so much for little kids"
Love the courtyard. Hotel and room were very clean. Lots of space in the room. We're not fans of the split control king bed (probably just don't know how to set it properly). Over all great place to stay. Older Hotel, but it is kept up good. The front desk staff were the best people to deal with. Rest. Paid a little extra to get some elegance but ended up on the main floor with people in the parking lot walking by our window at all hours and the room had handicap bars all over the bathroom -- we removed the toilet ones ourselves since I didn't want "armrests" for peeing. "Loved the room, bathroom not so much."
Room was spacious and very nicely decorated; contemporary furnishings, comfortable and updated. Loved that our room actually had a lounging/living room area rather than just a side chair and table. Nice to have a couch to relax on rather than just a bed. Also nice to have a balcony to go out on. Sleep Number bed was great, really comfortable. Only thing […] that I expected that was not as described, was the bathroom. It did not have a jetted tub as stated on the ad and was very dated. Yes, the counter top had been replaced, but the bathroom was tiny, and the tub/shower was old and dingy looking; grout was discolored and I wouldn't consider using the bathtub because, although it probably was clean, it just looked dirty. It could definitely use some bathroom renovating to be inline with the rest of the room and with the standards of the rest of the hotel. I was very disappointed in the staff at the hotel! We arrived and our rooms weren't ready, I asked that when the second of the two rooms was ready to be notified and the gentleman at the front counter refused to give me a courtesy call to let me know. There was a party going on outside of our room, which the hotel was aware of when we booked, we asked […] to be moved and never received another call from the front desk and when I called again they had no clue that I called the first two times!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Underground heated parking, superb FULL breakfast buffet available. Excellent service in every respect. But make sure to ask one question when checking in: Is my room directly above the disco, and if so, will the disco be in use on any night during my stay? I needed a 4:30 a.m. wakeup call, went to bed early, […] and was awakened an hour later by a wall-shaking disco music. We stayed over night. The room was very clean and bed was nice. Great selection of movies to purchase. My only complaint was getting something to eat in hotel, this includes drinks from a vending machine. Vending machine was a nightmare. It was new but that doesnt mean it worked right. And room service was sold out on some items. And when we tried to […] order breakfast the next morning we were told items that were listed as included, were in fact not included. It is unfortunate that this was not showcased during your stay. Our hotel has evening and overnight security to monitor all guestroom floors to ensure noise levels are at an appropriate level. "Bad service in restaurant"
The room was great but our experience in the restaurant was poor we went down for breakfast, there was a few tables full and 2 servers, the first server seated us didn't ask if we needed any drinks or even a menu. The second server came by 5 minutes later and served us coffee and asked if we would like cream, still no menus. She went back to the kitchen […] came back and took the tables next to us order, forgot what they ordered and still no cream. 25 minutes later with no cream or menus we decided to leave. The place was pretty good as a whole. They have sleep number beds where you put a number in and the be bed changes firmness. My bed was shot. After an hour the "frimness" disappeared. So I had a terrible sleep, kepts waking up rollng over to the better side.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju

"Wedding Getaway"
We used the hotel because we were attending a wedding there. Our room was super clean.There was never any noise in the hallways. Staff was very attentive except at the buffet breakfast. We would recomend this hotel to friends and family.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju
