The staff was very attentive and helpful. I left my IPod Touch at the hotel. I called and they were very helpful in returning it to me. Doreen was the very courteous staff representative that helped me. The shuttle driver (that took us from the hotel to the airport and back) was very courteous, pleasant and prompt. The only slightly negative experience was when I called room service (and the menu was good) the attitude of the person who answered the phone to take the order was not up to the level of the other staff. "The phony discount"
Imagine reserving a room at a hotel only to find after you’ve checked in that there is no TV in the room. So you call downstairs and are told: “no problem, for $9.95 additional we can have one moved into your room immediately”. And that’s exactly how I felt when Hyatt Dulles advised me that for that same sum I would be given internet access in my room! […] Are you telling me that in this day and age internet access isn’t included as part of the room fee? No, was the answer. So with that I concluded I will no longer be renting any rooms from Hyatt––anywhere! Moreover, the fact that Expedia allowed this “discounted” room to sold to me under those circumstances has caused me to now question just how much “service” that Expedia is actually providing me. If I have to check out every one of the details that end up being “add-ons” to my discounted hotel room, how much of a discount did I actually receive? "Not Bad"
The staff was very friendly. The first room they put us is had a toilet that didn't work, but they moved us to another room and threw in a free movie for our troubles, so that was nice. However, the bathroom in the second room had rust around some fixtures, an inch of dust lining the inside of the vent (not exaggerating), and some mold on the back of […] the toilet where it's grouted to the floor (I saw it when I had to bend down for something). "good for family"
Our stay was pleasant. Our son really enjoyed the pool and the fish pond in the lobby. I called ahead of time to request a refrigerator and a pack-and-play for our room. Both were complimentary.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju

Room was a little small, though nicely laid out. Details re internet access not provided up front, tried to get online, saw there was a daily charge, when asked about it front desk personnel nicely offered free access if I signed up for their rewards program. Beware of Services if you book from 3rd party... Don't take free internet service for granted since free wifi are everywhere nowadays. I booked via hotels.com. They only mentioned free breakfast. I was surprised when they only give two free breakfast for two while our family of five were staying there. WIFI was not free in the room. 12.95/night was […] offered . I was disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy your stay at our Northern Virginia hotel. While I'm not sure what hotel package you purchased, most of our packages only include breakfast for two. Our associates should have recognized that this would not work for you and your family and offered an alternative solution. We will address this with our restaurant and front desk operations team for the future, so that we may better accommodate packages with more than two guests in a room. We do charge for internet service in our guest rooms, however we do offer complimentary internet in our lobby and through our complimentary 24-hour business center.
