I was a very nice hotel. The happy hour(s) were an unexpected plus. My wife and I are not large people, and found the beds (doubles) to be a little too small for us. So sleeping was not the best experience. I would keep that in mind for our next stay, to get a room with larger beds. The television reception was quite poor, not sure why that would be […] with cable, possibly just the connection in our room. The pool and whirl pool were large, much larger than most for hotels I've stayed at. Over all a very nice hotel. I would definitely stay there again, but would choose a larger bed option. It was very clean, I loved it! The hotel is slightly outdated, but it actually is really nice. The staff is so nice, free coffee and breakfast... the only complaint I have about comfort is the pillows were so new and fluffy, I prefer a flatter pillow, but that's just me. I recommend the Comfort Suites!

We had a great experience here, the room was very large, clean and had the most comfortable bed. The pool was very nice and the happy hour from 5-7 was an unexpected bonus. Very helpful staff and reasonable prices. Will definitely stay there again!

Place needs Maintenance, Outside sidewalk lights are broke. Inside lobby needs cleaning by registers, if wallpaper is dusty when were filters changed? are there filters? I noticed small things, what did I miss

I was impressed with happy hour at the bar and the overall hospitality of the staff. The hotel was decorated very well for Christmas. The beds were a little wobbly and there was something that set off our allergies in the hotel. Regardless of these two issues, everyone was very accomodating.

beautiful hotel, everything appeared new, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was the only thing that really could have been improved. the quality of the food being served was only so so.

Hotel was very accomodating. We checked in before 1:00 I believe. Everyone was very helpful, room was top notch, grandaughter loved the pool, beakfast was fine. Condition of the room was excellent. We have stayed here before and certainly will again.

This hotel worked well for an overnight stay when in Madison for a University of Wisconsin football game. Not too far from campus, nice neighborhood. However, even though we were given a confirmation number, Hotels.com did not properly book our stay with the hotel, so we had a 45-minute wait for the hotel to work out the discrepancy with Hotels.com […] prior to checking in. Staff was very attentive and the pool is fantastic. Very large pool and hot tub. They keep the water temperature quite warm which made swimming very pleasurable. For the price it was an excellent hotel.

Rooms were nicer than they appear in photos. Very clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool. Continental breakfast was average. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

Well-run, staff helpful, room was very clean, very good breakfast, wifi better than average, everything in good working order. I stayed nearly a week and found absolutely nothing wrong. Will certainly stay there again if business takes me to Madison.

Staff was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the happy hour, the bar manager Desiree gave us a recommendation for dinner. Front desk staff printed out directions for us several times, easy access to highway.

I stayed here for the weekend with my family as we had things planned in the area. The price was good, but the hotel has some clear staffing issues. We called to get extra towels and no one answered the front desk phone. I went down there, and there was a sign there saying "Front desk staff is away assisting other guests. We will be with you shortly." […] We also ran into this same problem when we went to check out. I dont know which is worse, having to wait 15 minutes for them to get back, or having it happen so often that you have a sign made for it. Outside of a cheap motel when I was younger, I have never been to a hotel where the front desk was just left with no one attending to it. This should not be an accepted practice, especially at checkout time. One other point of issue I had was the size of the living room TV. (we had the 2 level suite). It was literally about as big ask my desk top monitor. Seriously it was about 20". The one upstairs was about a 32" TV, but a 20" TV unless it is your bathroom is pretty useless. Pročitajte više

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Rooms were spacious and comfortable beds. The exercise room was quit small and the screen on the treadmill didn't work so couldn't see your workout. Overall it was nice and would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay--hotel was quiet even though it was completely booked Attractive, nicely decorated and comfortable, clean and receptionist was excellent, even called in the early evening to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything! Will definitely stay there the next time.

Nice roomy room w/sofa seating area, microwave/fridge (which is such a money-saver!), very quiet. Hard and soft pillow choices! Helpful staff. Decent b'fast. The only trouble we had was finding the place, because it's hidden by trees (pretty and gives privacy) and the sign was parallel to the road rather than perpendicular, so we drove right past it […] a couple of times before seeing it.
