Located just out of park, clean, well maintained with typical breakfast included. Bath light bulb was out on arrival and they were there in 5 minutes to replace it.

The hotel was a low quality hotel and was packed on a Sunday night purely because of its proximity to the park entrance. You are paying purely for location and convenience.

The rooms were always clean and the complimentary breakfast was more than sufficient. From the hotel, it is very easy to get to the Grand Canyon.

Indoor pool is opened until late (11pm) - Breakfast room is very busy - should be a bit bigger to accommodate every one. Rooms are as expected in this hotel chain - pretty good value for the money

For the price, this hotel should have been nicer. this hotel was just an ordinary hotel. Rooms wer outdated and small. They couldn't handle three large amount if guest in there eating area during breakfast. half of the selection wasn't available, so we were stuck with some fake omlets and greyish colored bacon.

Conveniently located just before Grand Canyon National Park entrance. We were at the visitor center in about 10 minutes. The photos on the website are definitely from some other, nicer property though. You have lovely views of parking lots and other buildings from this one, and a tiny claustrophobic swimming pool. Had hot breakfast in the morning, though […] we didn't eat there as we went to the park for sunrise, and breakfast didn't start that early. For $199 a night, I expect a great hotel. This wasn't it. The rooms are extra small, the beds are terrible, there isn't enough parking and the pool is gross. Surprisingly, the free breakfast was decent. But take the extra hour drive to Flagstaff and stay at a nice hotel.

Great location. We didn't spend much time in our room for the beauty of the Grand Canyon. Upon first checking into room, there was a big pile of the dirty bed linens and towels right in front of the doorway. Once inside the room, a few more towels sitting in the chair and on the sink. Very clean and modern. Breakfast had many options. Perhaps request a room away from the front as there were many bus tours in the hotel that were leaving early, and the front lobby and breakfast area was mobbed starting around 6:30. Otherwise a very good stay.

We arrived early and anticipated having to then check in late in the evening after touring the Grand Canyon area. We very much appreciated when the desk clerk offered to upgrade us to a king size suite that was available. This allowed us to relax and nap a bit after a long drive before proceeding to the canyon. We stayed here two nights along our drive across country. The location is great, very close to the south entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park. When we arrived, they initially put us on the third floor, and I asked if would change us to the first since the person I was traveling with was disabled. throughout my stay (2 nights), Wifi never worked. Whenever I called the front dest, they said the tech already checked it, but maybe too much traffic. Also, breakfast area was too crowded. I couldn't find a table for breakfast.

The only problem was the white, almost transparent drape in our room. The room overlooked the parking lot and I thought anyone could just see inside. Other than this, the room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This hotel was excellant. The hot breakfast was the best we've had in any of the hotels we have stayed at. The condition of the hotel wasn't the best however they were renovating it.

This was a very convenient place to stay for a visit to the Grand Canyon. The new rooms will probably be better than the unrenovated room we stayed in. It was worth the price we paid.

We rated this hotel as a two overall. We were given a room on the third floor with a view of the heating/air conditioning units. We moved to a second room which faced the parking lot. Actually, those were about the only two views that were available for almost any room in that facility. The room carpets along the wall had debris. The heating unit was […] a wall unit, and even though we did not change the settings, we were either hot or cold. At 5PM in the evening, there were dirty towels outside of the rooms waiting to be cleaned. There were a lot of rooms that had not been cleaned. The door to our room would not close properly.
