Rooms smelled, stunk, of cleaning agent. Enough, to give you a headache. Will never, stay there again. Pictures are misleading, probably taken when hotel was new.

Despite the age of the hotel the quality of the service is first rate. Adequate number of English speakers who are interested in meeting your needs. All queries were answered quickly and no question was too small. Given that we were in transit and only overnighted, it was perfect for us.

Some rooms in terrible shape (scuffed walls & torn sofa). Had to look @ a few. Beautiful views and fantastic housekeepers! Loved area. Annoyingly slow wifi - sending emails a challenge - forget about Internet phone apps like viber or magicjack. Had to go to starbucks or other cafes. TINY POOL.

We always book here for an overnight stay and it works out great. It is close to the airport, the rate was always very good however the rate jumped up dramatically this year from last. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating.

I booked my room and thought it would be great to include the Breakfast Package. I was "WRONG" the breakfast was the worst I could have eatin. I did not use my second day ticket it was that bad. A very basic, no-frills hotel. Terrible shower in a small, cramped bathroom and towels that smelled anything but fresh. Cable TV reception so poor it made it impossible to view any channels without getting a headache! Glad we only needed to overnight in PV before heading to Guadalajara.

Great location and price for a short stay. Close to the airport, right on the Marina, great for walking to a restaurant. Beds and pillows are extra hard but the shower pressure was much better than many places. Well kept grounds and pool.
