What an excellent hotel! Superb staff throughout the hotel, great location very close to sights and shops, Free wifi, lovely large room with new bathroom and huge choice at buffet breakfast. What more could anyone need for a short break to beautiful Verona! A very welcoming hotel to which we will definitely return.

Check in staff member was a bit aloof and unfriendly but efficient. Not a big deal though - hotel was clean and in good condition. Overall the hotel was great but for a 4-star hotel the carpets was very sad in the lounge areas, halls and stairways and should have been changed a while ago. Otherwise very nice rooms.. big and very clean. The best breakfast table we have seen in Italy (although still Italien). But it does annoy me when parking costs €22,- per day.

Starting with the front desk and the bellhops, the staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. we have stayed here before and were treated just as well on our second visit. The location could not be better and that was our primary reason for staying here again. Parking was easy in their nearby garage. Wonderful location a short walk to the Arena shops and eating places. Great location for walking as everything is close at hand. Room whilst not large and didn't have a view was adequate. Bathroom was also quite good, shower was v. good.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in central Verona, but with parking a few minutes' walk away. It is close to the main attractions of the city and is run to a good standard. The only downside to our stay, on a Sunday night, was the fact that the restaurant was closed, but the reception staff directed us to a couple of good local alternatives. […] We live in Southern Italy during the European summer and found the cost of the room and local prices much higher than less popular International tourist destinations in Europe, but that's no different from Rome, Florence or Venice. I arrived at 12.30pm but hotel check in was not till later. I was invited to leave my bags and wait in lobby or come back in an hour. Just as I was to go for a short walk I was advised my room was ready and could check in immediately. A good start. The room was a double standard, ample space for one person but could be a bit of a squeeze for two if […] you are large or like a lot of space. But for a short stay two people would be comfortable. The room faced the courtyard so no problem with noise though I don’t think the street was that noisy. Great location – just a hop, skip and jump to the main shopping strip and to many of the historical sites. Breakfast was ample and there was free cold drinks and nibbles in the lobby during the day. Also free internet access if you are not travelling with your own laptop. The hotel may be pricey at certain times of the year but if you manage to get a special rate I would recommend making a reservation. Pročitajte više

The hotel was beautiful, centrally located and had friendly, helpful staff. The room was large, immaculate and quiet and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also quite large with a shower I wish I had at home. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety and all the food was fresh and delicious. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was by far the most spacious of all the hotels we stayed in, and the breakfast was fantastic and it is an excellent location.

This hotel is located in historic old Verona and is right next to the very posh shopping street in the area. All the historic sites are within walking distance and can be easily accessed. Great efficient service - we emailed back and forward before our arrival so they could book the restaurants I wanted, a taxi to the airport etc and they responded quickly, suggesting a good local restaurant when none of the ones I wanted opened on a Monday. Coming straight from the vastly overpriced and impersonal Danieli in Venice it was so nice to […] have such good service. The complimentary bottles of cava and jugs of orange juice every afternoon left in the lounge were a great idea, and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. Hotel was centrally located with a fabulous shower, good mattress and friendly staff.

My wife and I stayed overnight while visiting the Nicolis Winery nearby. The staff were very professional and helpful. The restaurant was great, excellent food, well prepared and nice wine list.

last time in verona we stayed at due torre in " superior room." The lobby, staff and breakfast there were all very nice. However, we preferred the accademia. Even though we only requested a standard room, the room was more comfortable than due torre, the staff was great, they had a nice breakfast and a fantastic location. The hotel was in the center of the old city making it possible to walk everwhere. The room was large and comfortable and the front desk was very professional and helpful. The hotel provides safe parking at an extra cost which is worthwhile. Breakfast was outstanding and they held our bags until well after check out so we could spend more time in the […] city. We were impressed with the cleanliness. The service was excellent. The breakfast assortment was awesome. The location was perfect. The personnel was extremely polite and helpful. The pillows were a little hard for us, but that seems to be in most of the hotels. I will only stay in this hotel next time.

It is a great location - walk 5 min to Arena and on the shopping strip. We could in fact shop and drop bags and come back for more shopping. Very Very convenient location.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights of our honeymoon at this hotel, and loved it. The hotel decor is attractive and luxurious. We found the central location in Verona very convenient for walking around the city. The staff couldn't have been more polite, friendly and helpful. When they found out it was also my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a birthday […] card, sparkling wine and sweets. great central location. for the squares, arena, walks, shops and restaurants. everything absolutely great. clean, friendly, up to date.

This is a really nice hotel, but they really have to stop with the industrial-strength ammonia cleaner -- I thought I was going to faint when I entered my room after it was cleaned. You can see the bottles of the stuff out in the hall when they're cleaning, they must go through 100 gallons/day. Either they have some serious problem they're trying to […] get rid of, or they need to teach their cleaners their jobs better. My husband and I just returned from 3 weeks in Northern Italy. Verona and the Hotel Accademia were the highlights of our trip. The hotel had every amenity one could want, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous and the hotel room and public areas were as clean as could be.

Hotel 4* très classique. Décoration à l'ancienne un peu désuète. Bonne qualité du petit déjeuner. Bon accueil mais très impersonnel. Chambre calme et soignée mais de petite taille pour un hôtel 4*. Aucune trace du "surclassement à l'arrivée" évoqué sur Hotels.com. Parking horriblement cher (23€ la nuit) mais il est vrai que Vérone n'a que peu d'endroits […] pour garer les voitures. Vi var en natt her. Veldig fint hotel, overraskende stort innvendig. God frokost. Eneste å utsette var at rommet ikke hadde fjernkontroll til tv. Vi lette etter denne, og sa så fra til resepsjonen, men fikk som svar at vi måtte lete mer før de sendte noen opp. Så det ble til et opphold uten tv - noe vi i grunn ikke trengte uansett!

O hotel é fantástico, super bem localizado, limpo, aconchegante, o quarto é confortável, espaçoso, bonito. Estou completamente satisfeita e certamente quero voltar a Verona e me hospedar no mesmo hotel.

Så genial beliggenhet på ett hotell skal du lete lenge etter, snakk om å bare gå ett min uansett hva du skal til. Skal du til shoppinggaten, står du der m en gang du går ut døren, til arene de verona 4 minutter, julies hus går kjapt. Ikke lange turen til busser som går langdistanse heller fant vi ut.

El hotel esta muy bien situado, es bonito, comodo por su situación muy centrica y con unas habitaciones bastante grandes. El aspecto es de muy limpio y con un servicio excelente. Recomendable 100% a los que viajen a Verona.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel im Zentrum von Verona, mit allen Für und Wider. Preis-/Leistung ist O.K.; Hotel sehr sauber; Personal recht freundlich; Frühstück sehr umfangreich ind reichhaltig, auch am späten Vormittag!
