"What a dump!!!"
The duct tape on the worn carpet in the hallways was a harbinger of the nightmare to come. My NON-SMOKING room smelled like the Marlboro man had been staying there for the past three years- it was overpowering. I arrived at midnight and desperately needed sleep or I would have just left although the staff were pleasant and nice enough. There were some […] very disturbing stains on my blanket (not the bedspread- the blanket) and the room was unimpressive but not bad if it had at least seemed clean. Knowing better I checked the coffee cups and one appeared to have been used as an ashtray as it had a ring of what looked like ashes in it. I decided to risk making coffee anyway since they had plastic wrapped foam cups but it tasted like some sort of chemical. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone or their pets and I'll be surprised if they are still in business a year from now. Pročitajte više

A very clean and pleasant hotel, big house, clean room, window scene. A river nearby, make a quiet and peace sleep. Next year, when i fly to Toledo,i'll choose Park Inn once again.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The front desk check in lady was very nice and helpful. We didn't get back to the room until later that evening and stopped by the front desk to see if any places still delivered. The night auditor whom was on was rude and not helpful. He stated that we would be lucky to find a place that delvered that late because […] it was a holiday weekend. He made no other suggestions on a place close by that we could go to. But then mentioed if they did deliver that it could be brought directly to our room, "that way you don't have to stay in our cold lobby" Being that we are in the hotel business we were rather surprised by his terminology. The hotel is very nice and super convenient if you are going to the Huntington Center.
"Highly satisfied with the Park Inn Toledo"
For anyone attending an event at the Huntington Center, this is the perfect choice of hotels. It may not be a 5 star but it met all our needs. I would definately stay again.
"No CNBC, Fox News, MSNBC..."
The hotel is clean and convenient, and the service is fine. But this day and age not to have access to CNBC and Fox News is unbelievable. ("Not included in their Cable Package.") Boo!

"Park Inn Toledo - pick of a (limited) litter"
We traveled to Toledo over the Labor Day weekend to take in a AAA baseball game at Fifth-Third Ballpark (which is a wonderful minor league venue!). Stayed at the Park Inn which is very convenient to the ballpark, an easy two block walk. The hotel itself was generally clean, convenient, and comfortable. It certainly is the best (and really only viable) […] full service hotel in the downtown area. One could nitpick about little things which need some attention (carpeting in the halls, for example), but our room was clean and tidy. No problems with anthing in the room (good temperature control, hot and plentiful water, etc). We had a great view of the river and park areas. The staff were friendly and generally accommodating. One issue was the Labor Day parade scheduled for the streets surrounding the hotel which prevented us from using our car from 6:30-11:30am due to street closures. The staff did warn us of this upon checking in the day before including good printed information. But, we checked out the parade anyway so that worked out okay. Frankly, one kind of feels a bit sorry for this hotel. Downtown Toledo seems not to be doing very well in this economy. Lots of empty buildings surrounding the hotel, etc. Not much to do if it weren't for the baseball game. This is not the hotels fault, of course, but it must make for challenges to their business model. But, again, we think it is the best alternative for business travelers and for stays during visits to the ballpark, the Huntingson Center (arena for concerts, minor league hockey, etc), and the convention center. Not a top end downtown hotel in comparison to other major cities, but for what is available in downtown Toledo, it is the best alternative and really quite adequate. Pročitajte više
"Decent hotel, close to the baseball stadium"
I would recommend anyone who want to watch baseball games at the nearby stadium. However, the surrounding area can be pretty quiet besides game days. My girlfriend and I spent the weekend taking in a Mud Hen's game and going to Cedar point. Great veiw, convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very clean. We'll be back.

the room was o.k, But nobody told us about the $11 charge for parking, The people behind the desk where not nice ether, We went there to eat at the docks and never got the chance . I didnt want to pay for parking twice. I will not stay there again. Plus the bath room was too small

"Great Staey"
Had a great stay at this hotel. My wife and I stayed there overnight for a concert at the arena and the location for that was excellent. The arena is only about 2-3 blocks around the corner and it took less than 10mins. to walk there. Parking is in the garage under the hotel. Also, the baseball stadium is within walking distance as well. The rooms were […] good size and very comfortable. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. It is located right downtown. Would not be a place to take kids or families, but great for business or a get away with your spouse. "Park Inn Toledo"
This hotel is older and doesn't seem to attract many guests. Although it is very central, there is nothing to do near by so one may just want to stay in the suburbs. And the fact that self parking was $11 dollars a night for an empty parking seemed expensive. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that breakfast was not offered with the price that I paid for one night.

The hotel itself is adequate. Comfortable and reasonably priced. For my purposes ( I was at the Glass City Rollers event at Seagate) the hotel's location was its best attribute.

Mediocre. Directly across from the baseball field which was neat, but I'd try somewhere else before I stayed here again. Elevators inconveniently located away from the garage. Vending machines didn't work properly. Were booked in a smoking room – had to switch. Not worth the hassle…

I was a bit confused by the booking process - I couldn't tell if I was booking a smoking or non-smoking room. I ended up in a smoking room, though that is not typically my preference. The window in my room leaked - carpet on the floor by the window was wet after a major storm went through during the night. "Great View"
The room we had at the hotel had a great view to watch the baseball game at the stadium next door. Beds were comfortable. The remote was taped together, but functional. Comfortable place to stay.
