What a hotel, it was a fitting way to finish our European holiday. The service was top standard, the Restraunt Francias was one of the best meals we have ever had. Given it's star rating, one expects high standards and they delivered , I would definitely stay here again when I am next in Frankfurt.

When i went down to file a complaint, GM never showed up, I guess he was WAY too busy cleaning other rooms. From beginning to end, perfection. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and extremely competent. Our room had old world decoration and proportions, with 12-foot ceilings. The bed and linens were sublime, and the energy in the room was very clean and clear. "Overpriced"
The building is gorgeous, the entrance is magnificent. The room I stayed in is average, old carpet badly stained. Small bathroom. You pay for everything extra including internet. Everything is overpriced and not worth the money. There are better options in the same area.

The Steingenberger is a beautiful old hotel, situated in absolutely the best part of Frankfurt. It is minutes to city center, old town, Goethe Haus and shopping is right outside the front door. It is a romantic hotel and perfect for business travel as well. You really couldn't ask for anything more.

"AWESOME hotel - with an amazing staff!"
First the specs for the hotel - GEORGOUS! Very beautiful entry, big rooms, nice clean bathrooms and huge closets! It's in the heart of everything! Walk to the Rhine river, to shopping (high end shops and malls) and restaurants. Now the BEST part. The people are amazing! So helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile! I got sick while traveling […] and my illness required a doctor's care. The hotel called a doctor to come and visit me in my room - and he was quick to arrive and a fantastic doctor! "Great Hotel with a great staff!!"
The Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof was awesome we really enjoyed out stay there. Great location you can walk to many locations resturants, shopping whatever. We had dinner in their resturant and it was great. We had our teenage kids with us and had two rooms very large and nicely decorated. I would highly recomend this hotel.

Ifølge vores booking skulle vi have et værelse med bl.a spa og separat arbejdsafdeling - men værelset var et helt almindeligt standard og derfor temmelig dyrt - desuden var det koldt, trods gentagne henvendelser lykkedes det ikke hotellet at varme det op

Het is een prachtig hotel. Met personeel dat service hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Wat alleen opviel is dat het enorm benauwd is in het hotel, ook in de kamer wat niet echt prettig was. 街中の繁華街にあるため、とても使い勝手が良かったです。 食事なしのプランでしたが、夕食はホテルのレストランが結構なお値段でしたので、ホテルからすぐそばにある和食レストランに行きました。 すぐ向かえに スターバックスなどコーヒーショップが何件もあるので、朝食はそこで済ませました。 部屋は広くてスタイリッシュ、そして快適で、入口横に荷物を収める小部屋があるので、スーツケースなどが邪魔になることもありません。 バスルームは、バスタブがあり、トイレもセパレートでとても使い易かったです。 マイナス面は、 洗面台の蛍光灯が切れかけていて、ピカピカして気になりました。 それから、ベッドサイドの時計が全然合っていなかったので不便でした。 あと、部屋が暑く、暖房を切って寝ても、少し暑いくらいでした。

年末年始の１泊２日であったため、せっかくの近隣エリアのショッピングができる通りはすべてCLOSEで楽しむことはできなかったですが、ホテル内でのイベントは華やかでした。 ディナータイムには、１階のバーからフロントエリアにかけてダンスパーティーが開催されていた。（もしかしたら事前予約制かも） 私たちは、完全にドレスコードに合わず、外から見ているだけの状態ではあったが、生バンドにボーカルと本格的な雰囲気を周りからでも十分に楽しむことができた。 欧州の大人の方の楽しみ方は素敵だなと感銘を受けました。 しかも、１２時には、ホテルが中庭で花火をあげてくれました。大音響のクラッシックと、こんな都心でこんな火薬の量でいいのってくらい、大迫力のセレモニーでした。 フランクフルトの街中は、NYみたいに街が主催の屋外イベントはとくに無いようだったので（隣のオペラハウスとかは大変盛り上がってましたが・・・）まさか、自分が泊まったホテルがこんな盛大にイベントしているとはというくらい、とても思い出に残るカウントダウンになりました。 建物や宿泊客の雰囲気に、こんなにもクラシック音楽がマッチしているのも感動的でした。 朝食は、ホテルのブッフェスタイルではあるが、（一つ一つの味は高級な感じでした）ホテル内に日本食レストランがあるだけに、和朝食がありました。 ご飯とみそ汁、お新香にのりや梅干しと緑茶。欧州旅行９日目の朝食のみそ汁は、体に染みた。しかもしっかり御出汁の味がして最高でした。食事も締めは、コーヒーではなく、緑茶になりました。（普段は朝コーヒーなのに、海外に行くと、お茶が恋しくなります。だって、with […] honeyとかlemon fravorとかしかないので） 敢えて言うなら、宿泊客もLANの接続に料金が発生することくらいでしょうか。 そんな滞在だったので、とても満足できるものになりました。 Pročitajte više

Das Hotel gleich neben der Oper, in der Nähe der Zeil und des Bahnhofes liegt für eine Städtereise perfekt. Dazu aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal. Perfekt! Dieses Hotel wird nun mein Stammlokal in Frankfurt

steigenberger Frankfurter Hof: Das Zimmer von uns war absolut sauber aber die Einrichtung eigentlich lediglich Note 2 bis 3. Das Fernsehgerät war zu klein und alt. Beim Ausschecken konnte mir das Personal nicht detailliert sagen warum ich 14 Euro Internetkosten hatte.
