personnel charmant , dommage que l'ascenceur soit tombé en panne ( 4eme étage...! )
J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé facile d'accès... (croisette, gare, centre ville) La petite critique que je pense pouvoir faire est que le petit déjeuner est trop cher "9 euros" il devrait être offert par l'hôtel.. Je le recommande vivement. Bon séjour.

El hotel resulto muy bueno teniendo en cuenta el valor que pagamos. Esta bien ubicado, cerca de las playas y del centro. La habitacion era agradable. La cama era un sofa cama pero comoda, tenia cocina con microondas y el baño estaba bien equipado. El personal del hotel resulto muy amable. La recepcion esta cerrada de noche pero no tuvimos problemas […] ya que nos dieron una tarjeta con un codigo para acceder cuando saliamos de noche. Solo hay que tener en cuenta el horario de la recepcion para hacer el check in. Tiene una terraza y un patio muy agradable en la planta baja. This was a horrible hotel.. not worth the 3 stars! The location was pretty ok, you could walk to the beach etc, although it was a ~15 min walk. When we arrived we found out that the reception desk was closed, and we had to wait more than 1h before we could check in. The reception area was compleately emty, so we couldn't even leave out bags. When we […] got the room it was really smelly of smoke, although it was a non smoke room. It was worn down and really dirty. The bathroom was disqusting. Wouldn't recommend this hotell to anyone.. För den som söker ett prisvärt alternativ i Cannes är det här lägenhetshotellet helt OK. Mellanklass på det mesta. Vi bodde 4 personer i en lägenhet. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Trevligt snabbköp granne med hotellet som ligger på en tvärgata in från en av Cannes huvudgator. Mycket bra läge med eget parkeringsgarage. "Appart Hôtel Citadines à Cannes"
J'y ai fait un séjour très agréable. Outre l'autonomie que permet un appart-hôtel, l'hôtel est situé pas loin du centre de Cannes, mais dans un quartier très calme. Le parking pour automobiles est proche - attention, il est un peu compliqué d'y entrer et d'en sortir si on a une grosse voiture.

"Très déçus"
L'hôtel n est pas très propre. Les chambres sont toutes fumeur même si vous demandez non-fumeur, il en résulte une mauvaise odeur de tabac froid stagnante. La decoration est très sombre voire déprimante. Les services sont chers ( parking a 10€ la journée). Les lits doubles sont en fait des canapé depliable.... Le confort n'est donc pas top.

le personnel est très aimable , le lit très confortable, et les chambres sont bien insonorisées; je ne fais qu'un reproche : les moquettes dans les chambres, je pense qu'on devrait les supprimer.
