Recenziju je napisao Hotels.com gost sij 7, 2013Boravak u hotelu bio je iznimno ugodan, nemam nikakvih loših primjedbi, upravo suprotno, preporučujem svima ovaj hotel. Hotel je čist, usluga na visokom nivou, hotelski sadržaji za svaku pohvalu, a lokacija hotela više nego izvrsna, 3 minute hoda od stanice metroa kojim se do centra grada stiže za 10-15 minuta.

Recenziju je napisao Hotels.com gost sij 4, 2013Hotel je pozicioniran vrlo dobro. Moguće je pješice obići večinu znamenitosti. Nama je trebalo 45 min laganog hoda do Place de la Concorde. Monmartre ( četvrt u kojoj je crkva Sacre Coeur) je isto blizu, možda 20 min pješice. Hotel je čist i uredan. Jedina zamjerka je nedostatak utičnice u kupaoni.

"4 star and 3 star"
I think this was a great deal for price. The lobby was beautiful and oranate. We got a small room for an excellent price. Thw bathroom was not that great, tiles and grout had some black and were older. Definitely not a 4 star bathroom/room rating. More like a 3 star. But definitely acceptable. The only concern I had was that we confirmed a king size […] (one bed) They put us in early check in which was fantastic , in a room facing Main Street. It was awesome BUT it was 2 single beds put together. We did not notice til we had unpacked everything and went to bed. Next morning we asked to fix and they wanted us to pay for upgrade. We asked for them to waive charge but they wouldn't. We had to repack everything (when on vacation this is a hassle), wait for porter to show up to help us move... They gave us a much smaller room overlooking an interior courtyard of roofs and mechanicals. It would have been much better business sense to include the upgrade especially since we had to re-pack and wait to get moved. We had a fairly large room for Paris. Bathroom was quite large. Bed was comfortable. TV was small, but we weren't spending too much time watching it. No view from our room window, however. The hotel lobby was magnificent. The hotel itself was about a 20 minute walk to the Place de la Concorde. It was about a 10minute walk to the Galleries Lafayette. A great bakery across the street which provided a very inexpensive breakfast of coffee, oj and a croissant. Lovely traditional hotel with a beautiful lobby area. It is in a great location with the main shopping areas at your doorstep and excellent transport links a few mins walk away. "Not enough for a 4 star hotel"
i stayed in delux room with double bed which was actually just two single beds. It was uncomfortable for a couple to sleep because the bed keep moving and split apart. No free wifi. No coffee pot. It was good that slippers were provided. Shower was a bit challenge because the water temperature keeps changing from too hot to too cold. Location wise this […] hotel was perfect. Room size was not too small by paris standard. No english paper or magazine provided. If you want to stay in a hotel that is easy to move around then i recommend, because it is close to saint lazare train station and shopping area. "A comfortable stay"
loved the spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The architecture in the lobby was very nice. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the breakfast area floor - there was so much dirt, food crumbs and even a used dental stick on the carpet. It was quite grim. We loved this hotel, definitely recommend it. Everybody spoke English, was very helpful, rooms were very comfortable with a big washroom. The shower was a little weird, but not a big deal. I have never stayed in Paris for such a low price before and I was really afraid that something would be wrong. Over all a good experience, the hotel is in the center of Paris, walk distance to the big stores, Opera, Louvre, Champs-Élysées. Metro station is 2 mins away.There was 5 of us, so 2 got standard room, which is big for Paris, and 3 of us got family room, which was very big room, have balcony and big windows. For breakfast, there are lots coffee opposite […] of the hotel, cheap and very tasty. Only thing I didn't like was the shower, in the morning , pressure is low and temperature keep changing, so there was time, it was burning hot. But I would stay there again for sure. We enjoyed the stay of 4 nights. The room was small but the price was also attractive. Service was very attentive and helpful particularly the bellmen and the concierge. "Great hotel in great location"
This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the entrance and reception area were stunning. It is in an ideal location, next to a mainline station and the metro with quick and easy links to the major attractions. The room was comfortable and very clean. I spent five days at this hotel and I must recommend it in the highest possible terms. It is located right beside St Lazare Metro and train station and is surrounded by many typical Parissiene cafes and restaurants aswell as Starbucks and McDonalds for those seeking familiar favourites. The welcome we received in this hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and gave our little three year old a teddy bear on arrival, which she named Paris and is still very attached to! We stayed 8 nights in superior room w. balcony french doors overlooking busy front streets. Overall, Excellent & Comfortable. Room was small & bathroom large. Bed comfy, all clean. Concierges always helpful with any little thing & directions. Highly recommend location for all transport & walkers. Howevers include: flaky Wi-Fi, tho free, inconsistent […] & frustrating. Shower temp uneven. Had to squeeze between end of bed & desk. Hotel could improve room layout by hanging TV on wall, smaller desk. Housekeeping & Rm Service fast on requests. Room A/C fine & windows truly soundproof street noise. No hotel bathrobes, tho didn't ask. Think you could pay much more & not do better in Paris.
