I enjoyed my stay, with one exception. The service, hotel facilities (including free wi-fi and access to a decent printer), location (it is very close to Nyhavn and the Metro station at Kongens Torv) and the quality of the breakfast buffet were excellent. The exception was a disturbance caused by the noisy behaviour of two guests during the early hours […] of the second morning. The night clerk dealt with the matter firmly and the offending guests were asked to leave next morning. There's no better location to be had that where Hotel Opera is located. Steps from everything you would want to see -- Little Mermaid, Nyhavn, Tivoli, Stroget. Plus, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and went out of their way to allow us to check in early since we were obviously tired from the flight from the US. the hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Metro and about 3 minutes from Nyvtan where there are plenty of restaurants. A further 2-3 minutes and you're at the Palace (the formal changing of the guard is at noon daily). Based on other reviews we took a superior room as standard rooms were reported to be small. The location of the Hotel Opera would be hard to beat on a short stay in Copenhagan. A short stroll from the Nyhavn area for an evening meal or drinks. The location was excellent and both the hotel and neighborhood were quiet. Breakfast was good though the room got crowded at times. Room was poorly lit and no ventilation except for the open window. The location of the Hotel is fantastic. It's close to everything important you need to visit and see. I chose the small room and oh my god, when they say it's small, they really mean it! As I said the room was small (that's because I chose the small room, not all rooms of the Hotel are of this size) but I had all the basics important requirments. "Unpleasant stay"

Great location but our room (small double room) was ugly and uncomfortable - nothing like in the pictures at hotels.com. The room was not 3 star level at all, public areas were nice. Breakfast was good.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju

"COnvinient location and nice for hte price I paid.May come back again unless prepaierd to pay more."
Convient hotel,good for location and nice service for the price I have paid , but very small rooms. Can very crowded during breakfast. I have to seat in the lobby with my breakfast. Nice people, trying to help. Free wirelees, serve free teas and coffes from 13 till 18 pm. NExt ot Opera house, Strot - main shopping area, harbour... "For dope-smokers"
Hotel is claimed to be a non-smoking property. It is not true, everyone seems to smoke weed there. There is undoubtful smell in all the rooms (I've been in three of them). Well, that's finally what some people come to Copehhagen for. Rooms are very small, there is only 1 socket in a room which is inconvenient. No hair dryer or any complimentary things […] except free wi-fi. An elevator is small but really nothing special, standard Otis thing.
