We requested non-smoking rooms but upon check in the hotel said construction was being done on that floor. After looking at multiple rooms I decided I found one that was not as bad as the others. If the construction within the hotel was not bad enough then you would be woken up throughout the night from the 100 acre construction site adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is very dirty and old. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to loud construction outside our window, which goes on 24 hours a day, we asked to change rooms and they quickly had us in another room. Very happy with our stay. Short walk to the Souq.

Aside from the general run-down look and feel of the hotel, which has a fairly drab and depressing interior, the rooms were functional enough and I didn't have major issue with the hotel itself which we chose for its convenient location and reasonable room rate for our short business trio to Doha. ドーハ国際空港に１９．１５着。到着ゲートを出たら、沢山のホテルのカウンターがあり、宿泊のホテルのはなかったが、到着人を待っている人に聞いてみると丁度ホテルの人だった。ホテル予約時送迎の話しはなかったが、待合室で待つように言われ、暫くすると１０人位の団体が到着し、ミニバスで一緒にホテルに送ってくれた。ラッキー！　部屋は１０階の北向きで、遠くに超高層ビル群が見えていた。これにも満足。夕食を外でと思い外出したが、賑やかな商店街なれど食事をしたいようなレストランはなく、ホテルに戻り１２階のレストランで食事をした。生ビールも飲めて中々だった。 翌朝、朝食は含まれていなかったが、２階のロビー階にあるレストランで別料金で朝食。結局、その後も昼食、夕食、その翌朝の朝食と、ドーハでの食事は全てホテル内で済ませた。２階のレストランで昼食、夕食時は缶ビールがあってまあまあだった。ホテルレセプションもフレンドリーで良かった。特に男性が、旭天鵬関に似ており、日本に帰りその旨インターネットで伝えると人気が出るかもと話すと喜んで、写真を写す時Vサインをしていた。親しめる。ここで２泊したが３日目のチェックアウトの朝、ホテルを出たところでタクシー・ドライバーが寄って来てアルジャジーラ往復の値段交渉をし成立。写真を撮った。そこでスタディアムの話をしたら（その時まで考えてもいなかった）、値段の提示があって、それにも合意した。北部の超高層ビル群（City […] Centreやシェラトンホテルあり）を回りスタディアムと、その横に３００ｍのトーチ型のビルがあり（ホテルが入っている）、超高層ビルが好きな私にとってまたもラッキーだった。また、ドライバー曰く、”スタディアムを見ずしてカタールを語ーる勿れ”と。約１時間半のドライブだった。ホテルに帰りチェックアウトし、ホテルカーで空港に送ってもらった。 Pročitajte više
