I enjoyed my stay, it was alittle noisy because of the close proximity to the freeway. the only other drawback was that the toliet made noise all night long and never stopped. other than that it was a nice stay

Overall, this hotel is ok. It is well maintained, room was clean and comfortable, free parking which is great, free wi fi was provided as well. Free breakfast was provided. The only downside I can think of is I was expecting it to be closer to Pasadena city center (Old Town Pasadena), since that is where the shops and restaurants are at. the floor of our room was soaking wet as they had just finished shampooing the rug. I asked them to move us to another room. My husband and our 2 young daughters stayed here on the way home from Universal Studios. We got a "suite" that sleeps 4. It had 1 king and a pull out bed. At first the room seemed nice. It is clean, updated and comfy. It has great breakfast, complimentary coffee, fruit and candys, super fast wifi and free parking, all included in price. Nice location in Colorado Blvd. Sometimes noisy if there’s traffic or loud neighbors. Good cable TV and comfy beds. I would definitely recommend it for the price and location.

My stay could have been better, but this is no fault of the staff. I checked in and everything was fine (the lady was very friendly and helpful), but when I got to my room the toilet didn't work. I tried to call the front desk and the phones (two in my room) didn't work. I walked down and told them what was going on, but I could not get another room […] becasue they were booked full and some of the rooms were getting remodeled (so they could not use those rooms nor move me to another). A nice gentleman came to my room to figure out the problem with the toilet and the problem was the inlet line was clogged (nothing they could do at that moment, but it would slowly fill the tank...so I lived with it becasue it was late (11:00pm) and all I wanted to do was go to sleep). The next morning the room directly behind must have been on the remodel schedule becasue @ 7am the were doing drywall work on the other side of the wall of my bed, which really is a very horrible sound to wake to when you didn't sleep well and just wanted a few more winks! Wow! What a wonderful surprise after a long days drive. Excellent curb apeal for a more commercial area and the lobby people are on top of their game with greeting there guests promptly, offfering complimentary ice cold water upon our arrival and departure. We spent 3 nights at this hotel at the far end of Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. When we arrived, we found a clean modern lobby, very helpful staff and a pleasant minisuite. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the last stop on the Metro Rail, from which it is easy to travel to LA without using your car. The neighborhood is a mix of car dealers, auto repair shops, other hotels and a few stores, but it is a short ride to the freeway and is very accessible.
