Very pleasant stay!

Went to check into the room and the clerk said the computer was down and we couldn't check in until it came back up. The clerk said he would call us when computer came back up. The furniture was old & beat up. The toilet leaked at the bottom & rocked from side to side when you sat on it.

The hotel is really OLD!! I would not recommend people come here to stay. You would hear the train and cars driving by. Basically you could hear everything outside the room. the trim on the wall was coming down, the dresser drawer did not work,and had to hold down the handle on the comcomld to flushe it and they did not vacume the floor.

We had a great time. The breakfast was ok and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was good and very helpful. The location was great and easy to find. It's near the food places and the MALL-for all you shoppers. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

This is an acceptable motel. However, if you advertise wireless, it needs to work in the room and not just in the lobby.

Overall it was a great place to stay for just a weekend at an affordable rate. It was close to the interstate and close to downtown Sherevport, Louisiana. Lots of food places to choose from.

The hostess at the front desk was very nice and courteous and friendly, The room were very clean, The location was in a good location right off the interstate I-20. easy access to restuarant and shopping area.

Clean room, fairly well kept, friendly-ish staff. Breakfast when I was there (September 2012), was ok but basic (cereal, mini pastries, toast, juice, coffee). A one night stay is my suggestion a quick stop maybe not a weekend stay unless you'll never be in the room. Was VERY disappointed. It was comfortable and very quiet. The mall was close, so were any number of fast food places to eat. It would have been really nice if there was a refrigerator in the room. Over all I was very satisfied.

Nothing fancy but safe and pretty clean place if on a budget. Continental breakfast very basic, rooms could use some fixing up but nothing major. Good location for local attractions. If you are a coffee lover, bring your own and there is a McDonalds and Starbucks close by. The staff was awesome and is the main reason I would come back.

I was looking for an inexpensive motel that was convenient to the highway and close enough to the event I was attending. That's exactly what I got. All I did was sleep there and I brought my own sleeping bag, so I striped the bed of the cover and blanket, made sure the sheets were clean and slept well. Floor had sticky stains on them, I had to wear my shoes in the room, every hour the train went by and always kept blowing the horn. The room next to me had 10 illegal aliens in it and they stayed up all night with there loud music and heard them all night. No refrigerator in the room, not even a pencil or paper to write a note. Stayed at the Bossier City, LA Super 8. I thought the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was VERY friendly. The room was GREAT. Very nice furniture. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet!!!! My only complaint is that they do not allow pets. Other than that, I liked the hotel and will certainly stay there again.

We chose this place because the review looked ok for the price, however the hotel was very out dated, very close to the interstate and a railroad track therefore very noisy. The room was very out dated needed repairs, there was a kitchen sink!?!? Which also needed repairs by the way!! The staff was very rude, even the man who appeared to be the manager, […] he was extremely rude!! The Continental breakfast was a joke, the juices were sour and tasted ruined, the only food that was even set out was waffle batter, of which there was only enough for two waffles. There was no milk or any other food items, except coffee. The breakfast room was very hot, I can only assume they were wanting to say on electricity. Horrible place to stay away, no run away. We've stayed in this hotel before with no problem. This time, however, on our second night's stay, bedbugs bit my husband. He was itching for days after the stay and I've thoroughly cleaned our clothes (you DO NOT want to bring bedbugs home!!!).
