"excellent service"

In a word...Fantastic! Beautiful hotel. We had a lake view room and even though the weather outside was wet and rainy, the view of the lake and the surrounding cities was beautiful. THe hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Hotel Splendide Royal faces Lake Lugano. The dock for initiating a boat tour of the lake is just across the street.

Could not have asked for more, the staff was best of class understanding what service is all about. The answer was always yes and then they figured it out.
great and excellent hotel, very beautiful location, very charming room, incredible view on the lake, excellent service and restaurant, but no pool available
"top class hotel"
Absoluter top service, vom Empfang bis hin zum ausgezeichneten Frühstücksbuffet. Die Ausstattung ist seit 1930 stehen geblieben, also massive Vorhänge, Louis XIV Stühle usw.... aber alles in top Zustand. Wenn es gefällt, dann empfehlenswert.

Von der ersten Sekunde (Empfang) bis zur Verabschiedung perfekter und ausgesprochen freundlicher service. Tolles ambiente, herrliche Lage. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt !
"Value for money"
We had booked an executive superior room facing the garden. It was a big room including bedroom, living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower and finally a balcony. The staff was friendly, effective and very serviceminded. The room was very nice, clean with a wellfunctioning A/C. We had no critical comments - except perhaps for the fact, that you have […] to stand in a not too big bathtub when taking a shower - and the space under the shower seems a little tight - especially for a male person. - The morning buffet is great offering all sorts of tasty things for your palate. We dont find the room-price especially cheap; but we felt we got value for our money in a hotel with a fine location. Pročitajte više
