The front desk was extremely helpful, with the woman there volunteering information on the best places to park and the easiest way to get to the room. Room was very nice, clean and quiet, and I like the tiny patio/balcony. The hotel charged me a 750.00 as a hold on my bank account instead of 150. but when i noticed it in the AM, i called the front desk, and they asked for my bank phone number, within an hour i got a call from the front desk person letting me know they contacted my bank and released it immediate, causing me no issues, great service. My wife and i stayed here for the weekend while visiting family. The hotel was wonderful. Every staff member we met was ready to help us in any way. The rooms were very clean and the house keeping kept them clean as well. The hotel is also right next to the mall. I could leave my room at 11 and walk to the theater and make the 1110 showing. The bar […] was fully stocked and let us play drinking games with cards, quarters, or whatever and added to our enjoyment with conversation. Also!!! They deliver Starbucks to you in the morning at a scheduled time of your choice, as well as any breakfast you might want! This place was awesome, i definitely recommend anyone staying there. pool and jacuzzi were inside, along with a pool outside. Great for summer or winter vacationing. Close to stores. Would love to see a microwave standard in the room. Television stations could have been a little more plentiful. Very nice staff, and pretty room.

The Marriott is a lovely hotel, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The staff were all professional and friendly. We stayed during the holiday season and the decor was festive, yet elegant. A great deal for the price on hotels.com. The only thing is you have to pay extra for parking.

Overall had a good experience here. The location was good for going around LA. The indoor pool was great and the kids had a lot of fun in it and having the workout area right above it made it convenient for us to get a workout it while they were in the pool. The do charge for parking and WiFi so keep that in mind when you are comparing prices.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was nice, and clean and comfortable. The Ac/Heater worked perfectly which was great because we had or 6 month old son with us. The valet employees were BEYOND helpful and nice even the times when we did not have any cash on hand to tip. The only major complaint we had was only having 2 options for […] parking, both of which we had to pay for. $$$for self parking (WAAAAYYYYY away from the hotel) and more $$$ for valet. Awesome hotel. Excellent location. Only drawback is the $14.00 per day to park. Next time I'll park across the street in the public lot. It's about the same distance to walk! We normally woulkd not stay at a high en hotel like this, BUT Hotels.com had an excellent rate(we had stayed teh previous 5 nights at teh Comfort Inn, down teh road. BUT, this rate was LESS than teh Comfort INN, when we re-looked, and we staye dthere two nites, over Xmas .Great hotel, super ameneities, suoper service, a Marriott prestige porperty.

not worth the $19 over night valet with in and out privileges, oh and there's tax. other than that, the service, condition and the workers are excellent. it was just weird to me that their restaurant was closed on a friday night... everything about the hotel was perfect. the parking was terrible. valet for 19 or overnight parking for $13. My 2 daughters and I were stuck in the elevator for over an hour and as a compensation, we were promised to be given our reserved nights back on a gift certificate as we booked here. We were also comped a meal and they comped the kids the following da. We stay here at least once a month and the indoor pool is great.

Perfect in every way..beautiful view at night...soft bed..and a fantastic pool and jacuzzi...one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel.

In woodland hills there's only Marriott & Hilton. The rest are motels. Marriott hotels are normaly ok. This marriott falls way below their standards. The room and bathroom are very small. The bathroom amenities are limitted. The towels are old and rough. The heater in my room didn't work and blew cold air. Close to relatives, Shopping freeway access. Valet service is outstanding. My husband is disabled and they were so helpful and accommodating with him, How could I ask for better, more compasionate service. The restaurant was convenient and served a great morning buffet

Excellent hotel, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Some good views but a bit noisy. Fitness center needs more equipment.

Thank you so much for your awesome stay. I was treated with so much enthusiasim, and when I asked if I could get a room with a balcony and that I wanted to be up high, she so kindly hooked it up to the 17th floor in the perfect little room. Thank you so much I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was great! Only downfall was the 21 and over party on Sunday afternoon. Music VERY loud and since I had my daughter with me, we were unable to use the pool. Overall, great hotel!

The location of the hotel is so convenient to restaurants, freeway, the Topanga Mall, etc. The hotel is lovely. Pools are great. Valet and self park available and both are easy/convenient. Staff is great.

Of course that wasn't bad as they said it would be. But it was a great place to camp as I work in the Valley over the weekends AND the Orange Line leaves from right outside the hotel, plus a movie theatre and mall across the street.Hope to do it again, even if the freeway isn't closed.

PROS: 1) Perfect location. 2) Perfect Pools. 3) Great staff. 4) Great Bar Tenders (pool side). CONS: 1) Made reservation in the morning via hotels.com but not in system upon late arrival (6pm); had requested two queens, got 1 King instead (2 adults, 2 children). 2) Upon arrival, noticed large 6ft dia. pile of bed sheets outside our room across the […] hallway (within 6 ft of our room. Great service!!

We had a good experience, however finding a room that was really"non-smoking" was a big issue! The hotel has to take more pride in punishing people that smoke in non-smoking rooms ! We had to go to 3 rooms to find one that was REALLY non-smoking. You can't spray deodoriser and call it non-smoking...

We had a good time. They have 2 pools and kids love it. The hotel in general needs a little more updating. However, the rooms have been updated including the bed and bathroom amenities. Hotel parking should be free to guest.

Very nice hotel, lovely room, although it wasn't ready at 4pm, when check-in is at 2pm. We've stayed in lesser hotels that have a very nice free breakfast service included, and here it costs you almost sixteen dollars on top of the cost for your room. Doesn't hardly seem reasonable in this day and age to be beat out by the likes of Best Western, La […] Quinta, etc., when your rates are considerably higher, but your service is less. Nice place. Clean, well kept, nice staff. On our arrival Friday the bellman accidently ran our luggage cart against a door or wall on the way to our room and left a large black mark on one of my white dress shirts. The hotel handled it at no charge. It was cleaned, pressed and back in my closet by 2:00 on Saturday. It was a great experience staying in Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills 2 nights.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel and spent 3 nights there. The room wasn't big, but was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. And it was quiet: we didn't hear any noise. Room had an air conditioner. The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping center and many restaurants. Hotel offers breakfast buffet: standard variety plus individually […] cooked omelets and waffles. The swimming pool was big, clean and empty. (We only used inside pool and the hot tab). Lee in the restaurant was very nice to us and gave us excellant service for the three day we were there. Ron in the valet service was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.
