We all had great sleeps in the very comfortable beds - which is why we need a hotel. The pool and the breakfast was very disappointing to the kids. "a lovely surprise"
after a long day of work and a few hour drive it was nice to be greeted by lovely front desk staff that assisted us with little to no issues. a nice treat was offered upon our arrival so this made the elevator ride a little more enjoyable. the room was very well maintained and it was clear an attention to detail was taken when the room was last cleaned. […] the location we chose for dinner was within a few minutes driving so that was a bonus. Because of the pool hours we were able to make it back in time for a dip after dinner. if i was to change anything it would be the breakfast hours, or at least let guests know about the hours at check-in. I missed breakfast by a few minutes because i didn't know there was a time limit. leaving in the morning, it was nice to be closer to the QE2 so I didn't have to deal with traffic in town. Great overall stay. Quick check in, clean room, free wifi and affordable room service. Despite there being both multiple work crews and a sports team it was very quiet and I am a light sleeper. The only complaint was a low buzzing/humming sound from the vending machines that we heard through our walls - we were across from them. Breakfast on the weekend […] was early (6am) - we travel for kids sport competitions that usually start by 7- and served both hot and cold choices. We would stay again. Starbucks next door. Friendly front desk, smooth check in. Rooms were beautiful, nice comfy beds, great blankets and pillows. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the room for the continental breakfast. "Loved it!"
The staff was very kind and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfy which is a big deal for me as I have OCD and hate staying in hotels. I did not eat at the hotel or use the gym or pool so I can not review those but overall I was very pleased with my stay.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju

"Clean but Noisy!!"
Lovely and clean. Great complimentary breakfast on weekends. Hard to find as there is NO SIGN of "I-Hotel" anywhere, just a blank white sign with tiny writing of the address that we didnt see until we had driven by 3 times. Very noisy, anything going on in the hallway (including drunks coming home from the bar at 2am) can be heard inside the room as […] if they were inside it. Nice comfortale stay here. Only problem was the renovating team tearing up rooms on our floor while we were there. They should have put guests on other floors during renovation. We loved staying in the King Suite. We put the kids to bed on the hide-away bed , closed the door to the King bedroom and were able to watch tv without disturbing the kids sleep. Bed was super comfy too! They also had a complimentary hot breakfast included as it was the weekend that we stayed there. Overall this was a satisfactory hotel to stay at. While there were a few noticeable maintenance items, electical outlets not operable, and ceiling needed painting, the service was very courteous and prompt. The hotel is very nice, clean and fairly orderly. The only issue I had is that I had two teenagers with my husband and myself and was told that the 2 queen bed room was fairly large in size and sufficient for us. Well, it was not. The floor space in these rooms is very limited. Preparing for a wedding with four people was aweful, I suggest that while […] the rooms are updated and comfortable, the floor space is very insufficient for more than two people. Wish they would have given me the heads up on that one. I tried to upgrade to a larger suite when I arrived, but was told that the sofa bed would NOT be comfortable for two people, You could have offered an additional roll away cot in place of two queen beds. The hotel would have been nice (as it was clean and well kept) except that we had booked non-smoking rooms and were given smoking rooms. Due to it being full they were not able to help us out apparently - and all our clothes reeked by the time we had been there 3 days. The manager was never available and the desk clerk that we complained to was snarky. […] Very disappointed as we had been there last year and it was great then. What happened? "Best Holiday Inn Yet!"
While I've stayed at a couple of Holiday Inns in various cities in the past I was pleasantly surprised at what I found in Red Deer. Not a big city like I'm used to staying in, I appreciated the size and layout of the room compared to what I've come to expect. It's nice to be able to walk around and not bump into something. I stayed 2 nights and ordered […] room service for dinner both nights. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. And then there's the spa. One must visit the spa when staying at the Holiday Inn 67 Street. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful and the site is clean, inviting and soothing. "Room was nice"
Clean room, modern & tastefully decorated. Spacious bathroom. We did not try the continental breakfast, but it looked pretty good. Had to ask twice for crib to be brought to our room, but did get it. I was very happy with my stay here. The lounge and restaurants were both great, whether for a late-night snack or a nice big breakfast. It is a pretty good Holiday Inn. It is located in an industrial area, but Red Deer is prett small so it is easy to get everywhere from here. Recent renovations make it much nicer inside than out.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju

"Everything we expected"
My family gets together for a weekend every year in Red Deer. This hotel was highly rated on an online review site and also recommended by my sister, who lives in a community nearby. The room was very clean and modern and we were pleased that there was no cigarette smell anywhere in the hotel. The bed was large (king) and relatively comfortable (we […] have the cushiest bed a home so it is hard for a hotel bed to compete). Although the room doors bang very loudly when they close, we didn't hear a noise from inside our room.
