The hotel is very clean and the service was excellent. With the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. My only critique is that as you turn off the highway to get to the hotel it is a bit hard to tell it is a hotel and not some corporate offices. This hotel is perfect for families with kids to teens. Most of the rooms open to the play area, indoor pool, hot tub and game room. This hotel is older but rooms are very clean. Beds are soft but comfortable. On site tavern is also convenient.

Hotel was clean. Located close to Uniontown mall and surrounding businesses. Fitness center equipment was not working. Not bad for 1-2 night stays.

Ideal location. Pool and hot tub area was clean and stocked with towels. Room was comfortable, and the beds were not too bad! ** If you are not a pet person, make sure you request a room AWAY from pets, as they are allowed in this hotel. We got stuck across the hall from a yippy, barking dog. It eventually did stop barking. **

We arrived in the early morning (1:00 am) after a long day --the young man who checked us in (Jason) was very kind and gave us some pre-packaged food and water when we told him we were hungry and looking for a vending machine--it really hit the spot and we were very grateful.

I had a smoky-ish non-smoking room. The decor is late 80s early 90s feel--in other words, outdated. But they charged the same as a clean, updated hotel.

My husband and i were completely satisfied and enjoyed all of the conveniences at Holiday Inn. Our room was extremely clean and accessable to the pool, work out room,and the indoor visiting area.It was so close to so many shopping areas and made it a perfect stay.

I was a little underwhelmed when I entered the lobby of this particular hotel when compared to others I had stayed at with the same rating. Felt a bit shabby and was disappointed to hear there was no elevator to get between floors (we had a lot of stuff with us and my wife has a bad back). We compromised by bringing in less stuff for the evening. When […] we arrived in at our room, it was in a hallway, with the window side facing the indoor pool "courtyard". Kind of made me feel like I was in a prison block, with no outside light coming into the room (and the pool area noise seeped in). The room itself was decent enough, though dimly lit. Because we were booking rooms night-to-night, we had to go with a no cancellation policy, meaning I had to suck it up. I guess my main issue was that I felt the rating was a little high for the property. I had stayed the previous night at a 3 star Doubletree in South Carolina and the quality difference was very noticeable. While the staff were pleasant enough and the location provides many restaurant options and a Walmart a few minutes away, I felt a bit uneasy staying here. Had nice pool and whirlpool. Only thing is when we checked in they need not give us coupons for the breakfast which was included in our price. Had to call in the morning and talk to two different people before it was straighted out.

We were disappointed with our stay. Checking in took awhile with only one person at the front desk and 1 customer ahead of us. We finally got to our room and it had 2 twin beds, we paid for a king size. You had to walk a very long distance to find the one vending machine that didn't work. Had a few problems, but the manager made it right. Food was good in the restaurant. Beef Barley soup was excellent! An extreme amount of truckers stay here, so be prepared for trucks everywhere in the parking lot. But inside, we very rarely saw anyone else.

Loved the pool area. All the staff was very friendly and informative. Wish the fitness room was better. No free weights or universal weight training. Other than that small thing, everything else was great.

The pool and the play land in the court was nice. The restaurant was awful and it was not worth purchasing the breakfast with the room. The hot tub was dirty, by the front lobby staff was very nice.

We were in the area for the funeral of a close loved one. We were traveling with our 2 and 4 year old children and knew the event would be long and very sad for them. It was an older hotel so a little worn around the edges but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was handy to where we needed to be and it was also close to many restaurants and shopping locations.

Was not a pleasant experience being greeted at the front desk by someone who was obviously ill...coughing frequently and using the receipt that was handed to me to cover her mouth. She was helpful but the coughing on to the receipt was very unplesant. Hotel was coveniently located to shopping and dining. Hotel really needs an updating.
